Damn! I wish I was there with you guys! what a session :D Well in bro! catching perch is probably in quantity is probably the most fun times you can have in fishing. xD
They're so aggressive and fun to catch, it doesn't really matter the size bro! Been there a few days later, but they no where near as active, just had a couple 🙄
I'm new to this style and bought a reasonable baitcaster rod 1g -10g but bought a cheap baitcaster reel. Would I be better with a heavier rod a throw heavier lures to get use to it or is it just a cheap crap reel? Much more fun than catching Rainbow trout that are expensive and boring. I'll make my self worse and binge watch all the other videos.
Hi mate, it's definitely easier to start with heavier lures, even on the BFS world, if you can start throwing something on the heavier side like 7 or 8g to get used to it first, then you can slowly going down on the weight. It's a bit tricky at the beginning. It's more like a wrist flick than a proper cast/throw, and it's quite a bit of fine tuning the reel, too (brakes/spool). All my BFS reels are cheap reels, and they all do the job quite well to be honest. Let me know if I can help in any other way and thanks a lot for watching!
Awesome matey great fun. 👍🏻👍🏻
Definitely one of those sessions that I'll remember, we really had lots of fun there! Thanks for watching mate!
Perch on top of perch! Can’t beat it! 👍🏻👊🏻
Yeah, it was a couple of hours of fun there, especially with the decent one at the end!

nice video mate, boxes like that are great for beginners!
True mate, it's a great way to have some lures that work when you're not sure what to buy!
