    Excellent advices. Many of us recreation players under estimate the workouts at gym. Conditioning body and mind is so important. Can go wrong if we have right elements and great coaches. Thanks IRON Will . He is the REAL deal. 😅

    Hi Coach Will, thanks for the tips. For each of these 8-10 rep exercises, are you just doing 1 set or multiple sets? Thanks!

      I'll usually do 4 or 6 sets. But it's divided into 3 power and 3 strength
