    this is a helpful series. As an older player, I have to do gym work so I can play tennis without having some sort of nagging injury. I know there're ideal schedules of cycles and racking up the load to peak before events... but at this point I'm just happy if I can get in 2-3 times w/ tennis too. sometimes no choice but to gym and play tennis on the same day :(

    Have you noticed your flexibility improving? I was quite surprised to hear you say you are terrible at the 90/90 stretch. I am also inflexible, like you, but I hope to improve my flexibility with the stretches you demonstrated. Will I increase my range of motion over a few months with stretching? Thanks for the awesome videos!

      I've noticed some improvements definitely, the comfort in the stretch is my first goal then to go deeper into them
