talk it out to your mom sis. Educate her that you want to eat healthy so she can make rotis for you instead of puris. Have your rotis with chole and let them have their puris. For other things, tell her you are on healthy eating and trust me after a point you will not crave noodles, pasta, etc if you fill your stomach with proper nutritious food like dal, chawal, sabzi and lots of dahi, chutney.

The sugar trick is actually true! I quit sugar in tea about two years ago, but I used alternatives, such as artificial sweeteners. But sooner or later when I realized that they too have ill effects on our physical as well as mental health, I tried to quit that too, and finally, I am a sugar free tea drinker. We can add cinnamon to it, since it naturally sweetens the drinks as well as helps in quick fat loss.
I am on my 3rd month of trying this and that diet and working out hardly loosing 3 kgs and now I found you....truly inspired.... Regretting why didn't I find you sooner.

I agree. In my graduation days I was very addicted to instant noodles and day by day I was getting weaker. But then after research i found that i could easily enjoy 2 parathas which would fill my stomach completely for the same amount of calories instead of 1 serving of maggi which would leave me hungry and also the maggi controversy in between affected me greatly.. Also i used to lie that i hate maggi And used to make faces when offered.. This took time but after 2-3 months when i tried to eat I hated the taste So it ruined maagi for me forever. Also since leaving maggi i lost 10 kgs.. so it did really help :)

I want to ask a question, not everyone works 9 till 5. If u have a routine of waking up at 12 mid day due to any reasons, then is the metabolic rate still high for next 3 hours the most or that is still only 7 till 11 am even if ur sleeping? Can u make a video for ppl who do any night shifts or for other reasons they are awake till very late night and then sleep till mid day, how they should be eating then. Hello See our metabolism is synchronised with timing of sun like our metabolism started with sunrise it started getting hight as time passes to noon . It is at its peak at noon as sun is at its top And after noon it started reducing till sunset that is why it is advisable to have dinner as early as possible But since it is not possible for everyone what we can do is ....if you're having late dinner eat small piece of ginger with rock salt on it 15 mins before having your dinner it will ignite your stomach After that eat your dinner mindfully with more chewing After dinner Don't eat anything sweet rather opt for fennerl seeds it again help digestion Also if possible walk for 20-25 mins post dinner it will further help to aid digestion I hope this information is helpful for you for further information refer fittuber and Luke cuthchino channels

Anything in moderation is fine. But do not use refined sugar. I have one cup of tea with a tsp of sugar. That's all the sugar for the day I take. I use home made jam using sweet and sour fruits. And there are plenty of options that you can switch to.
sugar is sugar. but artificial sugar is good option. check out the calories perc. in jaggery and other products you will find out the answer. don't ask others because i knw you will not believe on me. so check out calories and compare them with sugar. minor differences are there.
One thing that has worked for me is tricking my brain. I love chocolate cake. So instead of having one every time I feel like, I only say it out loud ... " I want chocolate cake ". I just imagine that I am allowing myself to have a chocolate cake . You will be surprised how often we just feel like having one and are completely fine with not having one. I haven't have had a chocolate cake in ages. Probably only on my birthday I have one. But I don't miss it as I know I have always allowed me to having one. Saying your food cravings loud to someone, helps you let it out and not having it is pretty easy then after.
I can legit swear on everything you have said especially the lie part. Been there done that and i hate cold drinks now lol. Have been having my tea or coffee without sugar for years now and that too seems sweet .i always discard the junk in the dust bin or feed it to the birds
For tea.....drink green tea. Milk....drink almond milk or something of the sort..... Cookies.....have a carrot/rice cake .Avoid interaction with this foods for 66days. You'll be good to go.
Switching off sugar suddenly is very difficult. What worked for me was to move to shakar for 2 weeks. As Shakar isn't that sweet and that harmful, it helps to gradually reduce sugar cravings in tea. Ur out of sight out of mind point is spot on, I also feel that's the only solution that works. Worked for me too.

I want to ask a question, not everyone works 9 till 5. If u have a routine of waking up at 12 mid day due to any reasons, then is the metabolic rate still high for next 3 hours the most or that is still only 7 till 11 am even if ur sleeping? Can u make a video for ppl who do any night shifts or for other reasons they are awake till very late night and then sleep till mid day, how they should be eating then. See our metabolism is synchronised with timing of sun like our metabolism started with sunrise it started getting hight as time passes to noon . It is at its peak at noon as sun is at its top
And after noon it started reducing till sunset that is why it is advisable to have dinner as early as possible
But since it is not possible for everyone what we can do is ....if you're having late dinner eat small piece of ginger with rock salt on it 15 mins before having your dinner it will ignite your stomach
After that eat your dinner mindfully with more chewing
After dinner Don't eat anything sweet rather opt for fennerl seeds it again help digestion
Also if possible walk for 20-25 mins post dinner it will further help to aid digestion

Anything in moderation is fine. But do not use refined sugar. I have one cup of tea with a tsp of sugar. That's all the sugar for the day I take. I use home made jam using sweet and sour fruits. And there are plenty of options that you can switch to.
sugar is sugar. but artificial sugar is good option. check out the calories perc. in jaggery and other products you will find out the answer. don't ask others because i knw you will not believe on me. so check out calories and compare them with sugar. minor differences are there.

One thing that has worked for me is tricking my brain. I love chocolate cake. So instead of having one every time I feel like, I only say it out loud ... " I want chocolate cake ". I just imagine that I am allowing myself to have a chocolate cake . You will be surprised how often we just feel like having one and are completely fine with not having one. I haven't have had a chocolate cake in ages. Probably only on my birthday I have one. But I don't miss it as I know I have always allowed me to having one. Saying your food cravings loud to someone, helps you let it out and not having it is pretty easy then after.

Switching off sugar suddenly is very difficult. What worked for me was to move to shakar for 2 weeks. As Shakar isn't that sweet and that harmful, it helps to gradually reduce sugar cravings in tea.
