I have started doing calorie deficit, i have heard that we can eat junk food in moderation as long as we are in deficit, but what if we exceed carbs and fats even though our calories are perfectly balanced? How will that make us lose weight?

Hi...i have been weight training for the last 2 months but my body is always sore..is it normal..i feel energyless despite the excercises..dont know what to do
adding more points on what Bhavika said - do check your protein intatke, do streching after weight training. enough sleep is also required. Please check all these points.
@upscwithphd try walking daily. Try to do 10k to 12k steps each day. It really works. Also try intermittent fasting, maybe even two days in a week. To start with you can do 12 hr IF. I have lost 4 kgs in 45 days and I am eating normally, Vada, sweets, etc. From 75 kgs to 71 kgs. Target is 60 kgs. Keep rocking
