      Hi, I'm strength training at home too and I would suggest investing in some resistance bands or a set of dumbbells. Stick to any fixed workouts and repeat them!

    I have started doing calorie deficit, i have heard that we can eat junk food in moderation as long as we are in deficit, but what if we exceed carbs and fats even though our calories are perfectly balanced? How will that make us lose weight?

      Make sure you're drinking enough water and get your vitamin b12 and d3 levels checked

    Hey Preethi, i did everything to lose weight,but failed. Should I try intermittent fasting?

      @upscwithphd try walking daily. Try to do 10k to 12k steps each day. It really works. Also try intermittent fasting, maybe even two days in a week. To start with you can do 12 hr IF.
      I have lost 4 kgs in 45 days and I am eating normally, Vada, sweets, etc.
      From 75 kgs to 71 kgs. Target is 60 kgs.
      Keep rocking
