I experimented yesterday and seriously i felt so less hungry at night and when caculated for whole day i ate actually less than usual. Gonna follow this till i reach my ideal weight.
my diet chart 6:00 am soaked almonds 6:30 am green tea with lemon honey 7:00 boiled eggs 9:00 upma/oats/quinoa/poha 11:00 2 brown breads with peanut butter 1:00 lunch( one chapati) 3:00 roasted makhanas 5:00 idli/moong daal chilla/dosa 7:00 dinner (1 chapati) that is it
Its been 3 days now.... I've started this meal plan..... I've been reading and follwing rujuta diwekar since her 1st book published.... But never put that effort to follow it before.... This lifestyle is really possible... And if you eat properly closer to sunset you dont feel hungry later..... Even if you feel a little hunger you can just have milk and you'll be sorted..... My height is 5 feet and my weight is 57 kg☹☹☹ I have designed this lifestyle for myself: 7:30 a.m - 2 marie biscuits 8:00 a.m - 1 glass drink of lemon and honey/ Tea/ Green tea 9:30 a.m -1 cup rice with an egg (As I'm a Bengali) 11:30 a.m - 2 sessional fruits 2.30 p.m - 2 cups rice with green vegetables (quite late because I take a nap from 1:00 to 2:00) 4.30 p.m - Tea with 2 biscuits 6:00 to 6:20 p.m - I take some exercise at this time. I do plank, hip bridge, lunges, and at least 2 types of squats 6:30 p.m - 1 plate (tiny one) of pasta/ noodles 8:30 p.m - 1 roti And that's it! Will this lifestyle help me to lose weight? Please tell me if I made any mistake😄😄😄
I've tried many fad diets.. keto, extreme calorie deficit, intermittent fasting and even water diet for weeks and it showed results in the short run but now I weigh more than ever.. once I loose about 15 kgs by having 5 meals in a day and I don't know why I left that. Now I weigh 88 kgs , my height is 5'7" and I'm starting this lifestyle change today! Wish me luck guys .. I'd keep y'all posted on a weekly basis Edit 1: 87 kgs now, trying to lose weight steadily this time but surprisingly even though I lost just a kg as j cheated twice, I shed 3 inches off my belly Edit 2: still 87 :( didn't followed religiously. But trying yoga these days so it might help Edit 3 : 86 .. quite slow but I'm glad I'm shedding

I've always loved Rujuta's meal plan but the only thing I cannot work around is my Exercise time. It clashes a lot esp with yoga. I like to exercise in the morning but because I have just eaten a fruit/soaked nuts it is hard me to exercise. I feel like throwing-up. What time do you Exercise? How do you manage them? Pls do share your insights. Love

wt about when u exersice in morning... i like to exercise on an empty stomach. i live in bangalore so the morning here are little cool.... if i have fruits in morning i can catch cold cough.. i wake up at 6am.
I don't think it is advisable to work out on empty stomach as you would not have much calories to burn or it could be harmful for health. Well this is just my point.
