As a maxed 9hp on RS3, i'm so sad they added hp xp to cannons in it. OSRS has such a nice tool for 10hp accounts.
Doesn't rs3 have a npc you can turn each skills xp off?

@Kempq can you verify that fight arena is no longer possible with 10hp accounts? Can't cannon outside of the arena anymore because it's instanced. Can't suicide drop piles of food.. Can't tick eat the melee damage... any ideas?

Through cleaning fossils for antique lamps at the varrock museum. IIRC it's 7k xp/hr
