Try reading the directions. BEFORE you do a review. The instructions say NOT to hold down the Pulse Button. Use a pulse technique. Better control and you won’t liquify it.
If a food chopper can't be left on without issues then it's poorly designed. I have another one from Breville and it works just fine whether pulsing or keeping it on and doesn't liquidity.
