@@25nasar I never had that problem with the top spinning. Maybe try to fill it a little less. It could also be if you are chopping something that is tough it may cause resistance to blades. Please tell us what you are chopping when it spins.
@Real_Reviews hi I barely filled it. I just chopped one onion that I had already cut into smaller bits before I put into the machine. I saw another video here and the woman had same issue. She just pressed down harder on top to keep it still. I will try that as I didn't do that
