I can't understand why everyone is so shocked to learn that a professional athlete is an asshole. They are people, just like everyone else and just like everyone else, many of them are assholes. Professional athletes are in fact more likely to be assholes than the rest of us but this guy is just a special case. Yeah, that was pretty egregious, and his response that the camera angle made it look worse was a sad response. If it was only HALF as bad as it appeared, it was still a violation of the rules, and he should have owned up and taken the penalty.
