IMO! Most golfers cheat! While in the rough, a constant switching of clubs is used to flatten the grass behind the ball, improving the angle of attack without interference from the grass. The rule allows for no penalty provided the ball returns to it's original position. This is left up to the player to call!! Yhe rule needs changing! A player shouldn't be allowed to ground the club. Make the rough play as rough! Ask any pro on tour if a ball has moved on them, failing to call the penalty? They couldn't look you in the eyes and say "NO." The big cheat in the game is substance use and the tours blind eye approach to it! Money has no conscience!
