  • For the past few weeks, I have been talking about shoulder pains and how it is related to swimmers shoulder.
I got a lot of questions asking about exercises for swimmers - how to relieve or prevent shoulder pain in swimmers.
So I decided to create this video. With the summer coming up, plus the great benefits of swimming to our body, I want to encourage you to swim if you are able to and I also want you to do it safely.
Watch this video so you can enjoy and be safe swimming at the same time.
Can you do this before you swim? I would love to know.
Share this with everyone you know to help change other people's lives.

Hey so I went to PT for a while for my shoulder and I am still having issues after doing PT. Should I see my doctor for a cortisone shot?

I'm sorry to hear this MisterRagnar. It depends on what the cause of the problem is. I do agree with seeing the doctor for further evaluation and to know that to do next. Good luck.

I recommend doing the stretch 3 reps holding for 20-30 sec each time Connie. You can do it couple of times a day. Hope this helps.
