    Hello, I am in France but even in France, we are attentive to the news in England! I massively bought Queen's Britannias in 2022/2023 (a masterbox half 2022/2023), 50 ounces with Charles III bareheaded, 25 of the coronation and 25 crowned head Britannias. there is no doubt that in a few years these currencies will increase in value, history only exists by the fact that it has passed but we are currently living in a moment of history for England! I have also accumulated and collected Perth Rectangular Ounces from 2018 to 2022 and placed a large order for 2023. 2023 and 2024 will be sought after years for the Queen's final effigies and the King's first. thank you for your video!

      Hi Oliver, You said it, I do suspect these to be desirable and collectable in the future.. and not too distant future to be honest as well. Once Prince Charles takes over it is going to be a bit thing having anything with the Queen on... and I suspect that will be my final King I see in my lifetime.

    I totally agree, a great opertunity to own a piece of historical significance which will probably never occur again?
    The only down side is the fact that the Royal Mint's manufacturing standards are so bad, you'll be very lucky to obtain a set of these without blemishes, and there's a chance of milking? But on the up side, there are no excessive premiums, only the normal cost for bullion.

    • @AceBullion
      @AceBullion  11 месяцев назад +1

      I agree fully buddy. I with the Royal Mint would let another mint make these as they are sure to be collectable.

    The lack of a crown does not mean he was Prince Charles. He was King the moment the Queen died. Kings just don't wear crowns on British coins. The coronation coin with a crown on his head is just a one-off gimmick and won't be repeated on next years Britannias. The crownless one is essentially the 'official' Britannia now.

    • @AceBullion
      @AceBullion  11 месяцев назад +4

      I was told from a source that the crowned King Charles is now the official Britannia. But 2024 will tell. I am not too fussed either way. But like you I would love to know a definite answer to this. Plus the main point was 3 Britannia's in one year!!! OH MY

      @@AceBullion Es waren 4, die eigentliche Krönung gehört dazu alles 2023 und nur wenige Prägungen, alle Münzen stellen ein Besonderheit dar. Silber konnte jeder eine Tube a. 25 bekommen. In Gold war es schwieriger, die Krönungsmünze war für 1900 EUR zu haben 7500 Stk. jetzt wird sie für 3200 EUR angeboten, wo bekommt man sie noch....

    Another good video, Ace. I agree that these coins are iconic and will be a great addition to any collection for the reasons you mentioned.
    I have four 2023 QE II Britannias, all milkspotted, but have de-prioritised the others in favour of the 2023 Morgan&Peace dollar six-coin set in MS/PF70.
    It will be a few months before I return to my list, at which time I may have a look at those coins availability and prices.

      The milk spotting issues bugs the heck out of me..... But I have since successfully managed to clean for my OWN collection.. never to be sold on..... a couple of coins. Simple method I am sure you have seen. pan on the stove, tin foil. very hot but not boiling water.. and baking soda... There are videos on how to and it works like a treat.. Then I use a micro fibre cloth... and a Goddards polishing cloth before putting it in a capsule. no scratches, no damage.

      Just for the experiment I'll look through my two tubes of 2022 Brits and four tubes of 2022 Kangaroos; there's sure to be at least one that's milkspotted. I haven't looked at them since the day I got them, so I may do a video checking them.
