Question: do you need to unlock the PCM before using this tuning device? Been interested in using one for some time and rather new to all of this. Vehicle is a 2017 Charger Daytona 5.7L
@Edwin-po8jr Upon further research you would need to do buy either their unlocked pcm package or unlock your own pcm. For me I would rather the one provided that way I can have the stock one just in case
So with this I ordered the option with the spare pcm. Do I have to read the car with my stock pcm in first then change them after I get the tune files sent back to me or I have to install the unlocked pcm first ?

From my understanding, You can convert/tune back to stock so it shouldn’t void warranty as long as you put everything back to stock before taking back to your dealer / mechanic shop. And for OB2 Reader.. You have to leave it plugged in until you get your tunes and get your car tuned. But after you get your tunes and got your car tuned you can unplug it.

You need to have underground tubing unlock your PCM, they say a Diablo one will not work with there options. It’s unfortunate for many as many go with Diablo.

Just go with stage 1 I chose the stage 1 burbles and kept my original fuel
