I really like my gyoza folder that pleats. Now I am adding these to my pork and cabbage ones. They go really well with a large pork or prawn pancake that is shared. First my son watched me cook, then he became a Chef. Now he is an Aviation Fire fighter and Water rescue person. His crew love it when it is his turn to cook. When he went to Japan he discovered Gyoza and Pancake. He asked the Chef to take him into the kitchen and teach him. Now my son teaches me to cook. Thank you. ❤️
These shrimp gyozas looked fantastic. I love how you got the bottoms brown and crispy. I often make ground chicken or turkey gyozas with lots of minced garlic and green onions. My fav dip is simple soy sauce with rayu (chili oil). And a must is a bowl of rice to go along with it. 😋 🥟 🍚🥢

I made your meatball bahn mi and it was phenomenal -- had it 3 days in a row. except all I had was ground beef and Bread so I basically had to substitute everything with other asian ingredients. I don't think I made your recipe. But thank you still because whatever I made was inspired by you and it was fucking delicious.

I can’t for the life of me pleat as I seal, so I just seal them flat and then put two or pleats on each side folding inward. I feel like I’m cheating, but they look 90% the same and taste just as delish if I wasn’t such a child at folding them.
