    Used to do front lever, handstand and planche progression holds together but after a bit preferred just doing one 5-6 sets of a single one before starting the other. Really helps my body to feel each muscle group for each workout better to understand the dynamics more.

    I like combining multiple elements, but as you point out, the elements don't get worked out as much as I would if I practiced them separately.
    Right now I'm working on endurance in basic exercises like Push Ups and Squats. With different variations. The drop set approach isn't neglected either. For example, WFHSPU -> PU -> IPU.
    I added kettlebells work for endurance, such as KB Curls, KB Halos, KB Deep Squats, KB Gorilla Rows, KB Swings and more.
    Also trying to keep mobility on the floor. Ankle mobility put in pretty quickly.
    Still working on upper and lower body flexibility. Middle Split as well as a Controlled Back Bridge from a standing position this year will be 💪
