    This is amazing content. I have been watching calisthenics videos for a year and have not seen 20% of this.

    This is why I'm loving calisthenics: pick the ones you like the look of, and do that. That's pretty much exactly what I'm doing, and I'm happier than I ever was lifting weights.

      I think the skill content is higher, so you're training something that takes a long time, but will stay with you. I'm 53 and glad for doing such moves earlier in life

    What a brilliant video Paul, I’ve watched loads of your content. This one is worth saving, just for reminder of all the variations. I haven’t seen the ‘air baby’ before, so I’ll be giving that a try, actually hold on, I’ve just tried it…not quite there yet. 😂😢

    Hi, you can make a video on how to reach the vertical, step by step. All the exercises. Do you know if these can give problems to the eyes, stay upside down? You are very good. How old are you?😊😊

    how does one strengthen there wrists for these kinds of movements?

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  10 месяцев назад

      Start will easier progressions and low volume. Week to week make it slightly harder and increase volume. I prefer to use the skill itself to condition the body

    Hi Paul, just starting this journey at 59, am I passed my sell by date or is it worth pursuing. I can just about do the crow stand for 10 seconds.

    • @PaulTwyman
      @PaulTwyman  8 месяцев назад +1

      Thats Great! No way are you passed the sell by date!! Work slowly with the progressions and enjoy the journey. 59 is not old for this style of training

      You're not too old! I just started at 62. My husband, who is 67, was so impressed with my progress (even on a very basic level) that he is now motivated to begin his own fitness journey. I feel better and am more fit than I was at age 30. At this age, there are days when certain body parts are not being "agreeable"...lol. But I work out anyway and am always glad I did! That, for me, is the biggest mental challenge: getting motivated to work out on some level on days when you don't feel physically optimal.
