    Lee is really the definiton of what xross fit really is. A mix of elite capabilities across an extreme awarness of kinesiological movement . A biomecanical prep for most extreme athletes. Mma, gmynast, parkour, sanda, wushu, combatives etx etc. As a lifelong student of health and wellness it takes years of diverse training to get condensed down to this level Lee offers. One day i wish to train w him!!

    I used to lead full body stretches as part of the rugby warm up for my team. The players who trained infrequently were often blowing before we'd even made it to legs...unluckily for them we then had the rest + unit drills + individual drills + team run through.

    Given that most people’s workout consists of driving to the office, walking to the elevator, and curling their donut and coffee, any warmup probably qualifies as harder.

      Online training (which is honestly far better than in person for adults), students can come to AK whenever they want, and there are private events across the earth

    Hi Master Lee..do you have anyone in Maryland that can help me?
    I went from being extremely athletic and active to having issues with my right leg and Steering away from anything that would agrevate old injuries....at first I counted it as just getting older. I have a lot of sports injuries and I'm 55 right now. I want to get back to my old self. Maybe even better.

    Lee weiland one question how can we get full spilts without having tight hamstrings and never have to deal with that problem

    • @axlvanaudenhove6564
      @axlvanaudenhove6564 11 месяцев назад +1

      Get flexibel hamstrings by stretching them. Then try your splits.
      Do multiple sets of stretchibg and you'll get there pretty fast. Just don't do too luch stretchibg before power exercises. They decrease your strength if done too luch
