Yeah I have a 97 Honda Accord EX 4 cylinder VTEC and what's happening is is I go to push on the power and it's fine and then a couple minutes later it starts bogging and stalls I clean the EGR I clean the IAC and now I'm debating if I want to do an O2 sensor or a fuel filter if you could help me know down what's going on that'd be great thank you sometimes that struggles to start back up after it stalls
Get a can of starting fluid and take your car out on a drive. When it stalls add starting fluid then try starting it again. If it starts up right away might be fuel issue. It same issues I would look at ignition as your issue.

Stock, they all have an EGR valve. But some people install a EGR delete plate. If there's a flat plate where the EGR valve should be, then they deleted it.

Try the ecu, these car’s are known for bad computer’s
I change the O2 sensor it the same thing. Engine Check Light comes on.
How were you able to pull out the fuel rail? You didn’t just wiggle it? So you pull on the sides?
