    Day 3 classical asana -
    1. Virbhadrasana - good pose for stability
    2. Parshavottanasana - strong spine
    Day 3 learning from Yoga philosophy - Annam bahu kurveet, tada vratam. Take a vow to grow/ store food. Don't waste food. Maintain a balance between soil health and environment. Basically - Eat local, think global.
    Follow the asana along with day 1 and day 2 asana for total 15 mins.
