Great Application
Hi Mr dodhiya.
It's a very nice project. And you explained everything very well.
The only one disadvantage i found in this project is we need to enter always the ip address. Because it is not static. If we can assign the ip address of esp8266 in permanently in programming this problem we could solve it.
Another idea is we can set the ip address of esp8266 in the router setting. So the router will assign a static ip to esp board.
Thank for your smart ideal. I must say Taiwan and India are good friends. hahaha.

One thing is to be noted is JLC PCB is charging only $2 for 5 PCB but shipping cost is high ( More than $ 25 ) which makes effective cost very high. Please make video to cop with this .....or any solution for this ?

The PCB received from the website is ESP8266 or it is different board for home automation? Also shall we need two boards one for home automation and ESP8266?

No security in this setup
A person could just enter the URL to relay4 in a webbrowser and the lock would open. Keep that in mind.
