It's just a metal part I found. I cut it to an appropriate size, and I drilled two holes into it, one for the servo and one for the latch. You could probably use wood or plastic for it also.
The wire is just a simple DuPont or jump wire. Materials: servo, jump wires, sliding door latch, some material to drill everything onto, a piece to connect the servo and door latch.
