HOLY CRAP! That's a cheezy little suction device for $200! You could buy a full on floor vac for that much. I've had on IEM completely stop working. A little digging and found it could be clogged with ear wax (ugh). A few cycles of a solder sucker made it sound new again. Don't be fooled, these companies are laughing all the way to the bank. You're buying a brand name on a cheap pump. Of course, you can't brag to your buddies about your solder sucker. But "Audio64" is way cool.
Thx for this video. The stock box only contains some written text instructions hard to decipher for non native speakers. Such a hands on video is super helpful!

What about for Universals? do you put the needle in nozzles?
Honestly, I haven’t tried it for universals but if the plastic needles cannot fit in the nozzles, you could always use the syringe on it’s own, I’m pretty sure it will suck anything that’s stuck on the surface. Hope this helps!

How deep you can insert those needles?
It depends on the model of your IEM but you can go pretty deep! If that doesn’t work, you can use the method described in the video! Hope this helps!

Interesting.. make sure to follow the steps shown in the video. I didn’t encounter any issues. Make sure that you experiment with different needle sizes for different holes and find the one that fits properly the diameter of each your IEM’s holes. Good luck man!
