Redesign the mesh in the nozzles to be user removable, will save a lot of time and RMAs under warranty.

how long does the dehumidifier last

Depends on several factors like humidity, how sweaty your IEMs get, and how often you leave the case open. They can last for quite a while, you'll notice them change colors which is when they need a refresher.

I just got my first ever pair of custom-molds (64 Audio A4s - love em!) and I was reading elsewhere that alcohol-based products can damage the shells of in-ears, hearing aids etc. I was about to buy some non-alcohol-based wipes, but it sure sounds like you are endorsing using alcohol?

I wipe it with alcohol wipes or wet ones (this is for hands) For many years now, everything is fine

Great question. We actually cover this question in our downloadable guide but didn't really address it in the video. Alcohol will not damage the 3D printed hypoallergenic acrylic that we build our IEMs with. Alcohol is nice because it disinfects, cleans, and dries quickly.

thanks for the answer! I hope I can use ear sticks paired with alcohol to clean the wax from the mesh. I wish the mesh had an easier way to clean@@64Audio

Please make a video on how to ship internationally, what documents you'd need and such. Im confused on whether I have to add the invoice of the IEM, or the invoice of the repairs?
