thanks for the video. I was so close to spending 70 bucks on a new pair because one of them almost didnt work. After cleanin it worked perfect and as if they were new.
This worked perfectly! So easy and quick, and I finally have clear sound back in my favorite earphones. I though I'd have to get new ones. Thank you so much!
Your neighbour's toothbrush...!? I would only mention that if you do break the grille, then it's always possible to buy a replacement for very cheap on eBay. I made such a mistake, although, did mean I could upgrade to a metal grille, instead of a plastic one. I wonder if there is any difference it makes?
you can also use headphones without grille, only need to be cleaned more often to prevent them becoming dirty inside. Without a grille, the headphones is louder.
Also do you know about awei t13 pro tws? I bought recently but I don't think it has gaming mode is it really have gaming mode or it doesn't come with the feature, cause the tws have 2 seconds latency issue in game which is very ver worst.
hi, i was wondering if there was a way to get earwax out from earpods that dont have mesh? the mesh is gone and the sound quality is shit now so i cant listen to stray kids :(
@@TechscrewDIY i watched it but he dident clean under the mesh, i think i pushed my mesh all the way down in past so its full of gunk actually inside the earphone right down below mesh
@@laithamro7874 hello! I went back to the store where I bought them and got new ones for free. They took my old ones back. Jbl offers two years guarantee service. So you need to show the date when you purchased them. Hope you still have the receipt🙏. Looking back I did not clean them often enough and I think I rubbed some dirt in the little pointy openings unintentionally and once it's in it can't get out. I now clean the new ones regularly with cotton tip and some alcohol. Hope they will last longer.
@@laithamro7874 probably you both pushed ear wax behind the mesh or didn't dry it enough or ear wax is not in front but in those holes in mesh, 99% it is one of those three - if pushed ear wax behind, remove mesh and clean mesh, if didn't dry it enough try drying it, if ear wax was pushed in holes in mesh use toothbrush and clean it try 2 or 3 rounds of cleaning, for me 1 round is always not enough and its worse from before
I'm getting crackling sound from my tws earbud i believe that it because of the mesh grid, if i clean it with toothbrush will it'll be good?, and is it possible to clean it with toothbrush
So there is no way, to clean in ears when it is inside of the earphones?! My Bluetooth in ears just lost sound but only on 1 side after I cleaned them. I thought there was some water in it so I took them to the heating but it didn't help at all. I am clueless
You mean the filter? What I did was take it off or make a hole and take out the mesh. If you have “silicone ear tip” buy some new filters and put them in the silicone ear tip or if possible replace the one already on the earbud. My B&O EX had a problem were the left one lost its sound. I notice the mesh was all inside of the earbud so I made a hole in the filter and took out the mesh. I then bought filters and used them so nothing goes inside the earbud. Now it sounds like new.
Nice clear and short guide. I did want to ask though what would you recommend using to clean the tips alone during small individual uses? After every use I just rup the tips with toilet paper to remove the wax but not sure how effective it is. Thx.

i hope that you used your sister's or grandmother's toothbrush

Some grilles can change the sound of the earphones, but its very unlikely you dont notice
this worked for me , thanks and i happily postponed buying a new pair, it will come someday but not in the near future atleast !
thanks for feedback :)
Thank you so much sir.💜💜💜
i used those sticky tape things, the green or white u use to stick things like small pictures on cardboard walls

Are you able to use rubbing alcohol instead of peroxide and get the same results?
good question, hard to say if it works as well to dissolve ear wax. Just try alcohol.

you need brushing tool, but crackling sound can be from damaged speaker, but it can found out only when you clean mesh.

Just use Q-tips and hydrogen peroxide and just rub it against it does the exact same thing but better and quicker
Mine looks clean but do I get rid of the smell?
i dont understand, can you speak clear?
Thanks.
I forgot to include 'how' in my sentence. I meant 'how to get rid of the smell of earwax on the eartips.'

He means that they aren't that important for your headphones. You just need to be more careful and clean it more often so it doesn't get dirty inside
