Mike - you are absolutely right in what you say. You might not have realised that what you are advocating is 'Transpersonal Leadership' which is beginning to be introduced in businesses and universities around the world.

Earned a BS in Management of Human Resources in 1989, at age 32, from a Christian college. Managers needed empathy....radical teaching from what I had actually experienced in the full time workforce since age 19.
The love of money and empathy seem to be mutually exclusive.

Great statement at the end..what we do for a living, should help the way others live. I work in high tech, essentially making manual processes within manufacturing redundant, that's exactly the message. I remember a time where people were looking over their shoulder at their jobs being made obsolete...not any more, the message is loud and clear..businesses have a responsibility to improve lives

History shows it’s actually true think just how hard it is to buy a house with the median wage. If you truly believe it’s now easier to you must be far off the age of a person beginning to work

    • @tvathome562
      @tvathome562 2 года назад

@@CMN1105 it's harder to buy a house than your parents or maybe grandparents on the average earnings, the Internet although conceived from good intentions has been corrupted to exploit peoples emotions.
But on the balance I still believe things our ancestors went through were tough in different ways, the average person did not work 25 years at a company, that was for the educated which was a select group, there were a lot less universities, so if you didn't have a trade your job wasn't secure, even then before health & safety physic security was a dream, many miners ended up with lung disease as did builders, dockyard workers (asbestosis).
Emotionally people couldnt financially afford to uproot and leave (get a divorce), so there were a lot of unhappy marriages.
So the struggles are different some better, some worse but I think it unfair to categorise today as the hardest time.

    • @CMN1105
      @CMN1105 2 года назад

@@tvathome562 sadly I would disagree. The problems our ancestors still faced are still here today except now there’s a greater financial and environmental burden. Saying times today are worse isn’t saying the experiences of our ancestors were nothing.

    • @tvathome562
      @tvathome562 2 года назад

@@CMN1105 may be the existential environment crisis maybe worse (knowledge of global warming), but I guarantee their environment was darn sight more uncomfortable. Our grandparents / great grandparents would be lucky to have the income to buy a house.
The recent housing boom was created when the government wanted no longer to be responsible for social housing, so they encouraged people to invest in property before selling the council houses and inviting 'charities' (charities that have been exploited) to provide social housing, thus absolving government of responsibility & getting the few born at the right time rich. But even when houses were cheaper (6x annual income) there were still recessions & depressions, there wasnt a safety net if you lost employment, and getting a mortgage was not easy either.

If anyone has a problem they want to solve:
    (Whatever health, social or financial)
By (problems) I mean all problems.
Healthy -- I mean sick.. any disease..
Social --- means a single person who wants to get married,
He has a disobedient son, he has a strong father on him,
She has a bad husband...and so on.
Finance. -- I mean, he has a debt, his livelihood is weak.
Among the ways to solve problems:
    1. Continuous daily charity, even if a little.
    2. Repetitive supplication anyway (two words)
Oh Lord bless me, Lord heal me, Lord spend my religion.
    3. Kiss your father and mother's hand every day, even once. Then I pray to God (two words)
    4. Morning and Evening Prayers .
    5. Forgiveness while continuing.
    6. Repeat..there is no power and no strength but Allah.
    7. Prayers for the Prophet while continuing.
    8. Read Surat Al-Baqarah daily, even if it is by mobile phone, even if it is intermittent in stages.
    9. Humanitarian aid and supplication afterwards.
[The meaning of this paragraph is (benevolence to
creation) whether it is a human being or an irrational being
    cat or sparrow].
    10. Duha prayer four rak'ahs.
11 . Two units of prayer of need... with the intention of (healing / marriage / sustenance) repeat it every day.
    12. Al-Raqiya Al-Shari'a - by yourself - from it -
To read Surat Al-Ikhlas or Al-Fatihah or something else on the
Water and drink..every day even once.
You will see good and pleasant results, God willing
These are all tried and true in real life... and there are people who adhere to them
And reap a lot of good results...
And it is not a requirement that you do it all... Take from it
What suits your situation and condition.. even if
I stuck to one paragraph of it, and I won..
Note: How if you do these points or
    Some of them solve problems?
The answer--your problem will be solved with one
There are two ways, but God guides you for a reason
    missing you...
Or that God mocks you from external causes
Other people do not solve your problem.
    May God grant you success...
God bless our Prophet Muhammad and his family and companions .
Do not forget the good prayers .....

How can you blame business owners for bad government?
The reason people are quitting is because certain places will literally pay you NOT to work and some will even pay you to be homeless. This all comes down to bad government and ridiculous spending by that same government. Now I'm not saying all business owners are blameless but for the most part a business owner is already trying their hardest and in many cases making less than the people they have to pay.

A basic welfare system works wonders in weeding out predatory employers. Go to any western EU country - basically no "working poor", but somehow in the US they are everywhere. If a business owner is paying their employees more than themselves; either they really deserved it, or the business is failing. Regardless, it is far from the norm. Also; check your facts - people switched jobs, they didn't go on welfare.
