Michelle, you are a great person. Thank you for providing valuable information. You discuss taking a charge, the rule of specification, and zero to ten.
Every habit is necessary for 30 days. It’s the most crucial information.
Thank you for sharing the valuable insight.
Good luck to all who will apply them in their life and achieve great results. 🎉
Really inspiring.Good presentation.Thank you ❤❤❤❤
So awesome. She explained it very clearly🎉🎉
The frustrating part for the past year or so is that I know exactly what I need to do to become part of the 6%. I struggle with focusing on the most important things because I have been taught for so long to focus on the tasks that aren't that important. When you're used to the cheap dopamine hits of the easy/smaller tasks, it's really difficult to make that switch to focusing only on the 8-10 level tasks
One thing at a time = work serially. No one can do more than one thing at a time. No matter how simple those things are. Work serially, not in parallel.
Great talk.. Basically - "Work smarter not harder".
Thanks a lot dr. Rozen
Glad to see you here!
The last point sounds easy, focus on 10s, but that can be hard to put in practice. A good technique I use, think of your tasks as either a glass ball or a rubber ball. Start juggling the balls. What happens if you drop a glass ball? It breaks and will be very hard to repair. What happens if you miss a rubber ball? It bounces back, so the risk is less if you miss it. Look at your tasks as either a glass ball or rubber ball. Those things that will have significant consequences if you don't do them (glass ball), focus there first. Those that have some resiliency, do those tasks when you have time. You can’t avoid them; they just rate a lower energy level.
You should do a Ted talk! Good points
1. Take charge
2. The law of specification
3. The 0-10 rule
4. It's Not complicated
5. Focus on what matter the most.

Thank You Michelle! Perfect timing for me to see this. Powerful and yet Simple.
Choose 1 thing to change every 30 days...be specific, focus on level 10 changes..do it every day for 30 days...make it happen every day....
I really appreciate it and its an eye opener for me
This video has been a game changer for me! Thank you
EXCELLENT lesson on achieving success❤❤❤
Very helpful
Very interesting, thanks😊
Which part is interesting?
Hands off to you, skillful speaker.
Thanks for sharing. Pioritize and be specific your goal and task
Its simple, not easy but worth it ❤
You're right!
This is the most amazing video I have ever watched in my life. The things are explained on the video is life changing things.
Like what?
2. Law of specification - Be very specific, granular about what you want to do..when...gym every day, 7 am to 8 am, to do X tasks, set alarm 30 mins early, will give myself penalty to do extra 30 mins in case this isn't done
3. Focus on your tens - do your tens first...know your tens for the day, each and every day. Put a number to all your to do tasks..focus on the one thing that is 10....apply law of specification to it and do it for 30 days; then another thing for another 30 days...for whole year. You can change at least 10 things about you or your goals in a year. Focus... don't try it all. Make it happen one habit at a time.
excellent advice!!
You deserve a Billion Thanks ❤
İt meant a lot thank you Michelle, you are always not available to remember even if you know how to do it, it was a good reminder for me.

I walk around my apartment while listening to You Tube. So there is no excuse not to exercise daily.
I got pre- Diabetes. My doctor said I could reverse it. I threw all the junk food out. I didn't care if it was wasted. I was more important.
I did reverse pre- Diabetes. I lose weight.
I am the 6%.

great speech
Prioritizing tasks significantly enhances focus.

Some good points - the law of specification is vital, it's follow on principle is equally important: you need to 'see' what you want, in specific detail. For those that can not reach goals, they are often too broad, the goal is not clear enough. If you can't 'see' it, you can't got here. Learn to break the goals down as she says, and small steps you'll get there. Then you wil start to believe in yourself, and the fear and uncertainty will dissapear over time.
well-presented, but the findings are undistinguished from the messages of other motivational speakers. i'd like to see a presentation about how people either lost or never learned these key "secrets".
Agreed.
Very nice appearance really you are attractive me during your voice 😍
thank you maam
There will always be top 6 percent.
Love you ma'am you were just too good

Good one..
Why doesn't it look like a talk ? It looks more dramatic than an experienced talk.

1. Take charge of your brain - be willing to do something different; your 🧠 brain utilises 20% of overall body energy to maintain status quo and conserve energy. Brain hates to do new things and holds you back and keeps you busy with the same habits and routines. That's the deal it offers you....don't take the deal - do something different...
are you successful
Iam a goal oriented person 🔥
Vow. Dr.
It's easy start with one single change that scores 10

Too easy
How sad is that you are saying those are secrets. This is very basic knowledge.
Everyone can’t be like that 6percent on first time ! Some take years , thts theyr conditin
I just can't listen because I hear her tongue and mouth.
😂😂😂 just say you don’t want to change
Nice topic, such a boring presentation 🥱🥱🥱
So fing tired of these talks
applausi
Woah dial it down a bit. We get that you’re overly excited and can’t wait to share these “3 aMaZiNg sEcReTs”, but these “YEEEEEEAH”, upward intonation, aggressive articulation really make it hard to enjoy the talk.
For me, Not a convincing motivational speech. I mean high pitching higher tone, exaggerations itself is not enough to inspire someone. There has to be a strong “ take home” for a speech to inspire for change.
Believe that when all keep goal up to $ 350 Millions ? No needs too much?
So overdramatic
total loss of time one of worse speech of TEDx, primary school kids have better thought process
Why are you yelling at us? 🥹😂
EXCELLENT lesson on achieving success❤❤❤
It's almost similar to essentialism.

Was TED always online self-help books and motivational speakers? I seem to recall it used to be more societal.
Coz innovators are less in the world and motivational speakers are more. Tycoons don't come to Ted for a talk coz they believe in doing. Ted used to be very sensible but it lost the identity. Ted became toastmaster.
@@TheMarketingMan4U I just find self improvement a bit of a "small package", and it's often someone's opinion without substantiation. Plus it's everywhere else.
TED is technology, entertainment and diversity.
