Thanks for the video - expect the one thing you didn’t show was how to remove the black holder in the first place - which is why I looked at the video to begin with.. worked it out tho. - guys; there are 3 black clips top left and right - it’s a bugger to get out; but easy to reassemble - lever up all around the orange fitting while simultaneously pulling on the black part (out).. be careful and it does come out without breaking !! 👍👍
how were you able to remove the socket (black) from the orange thingy? tried to replace the bulb today but having a hard time removing the socket. what a pain in the ass. i gave up after 15 minutes of trying.
You have to be careful with that piece. It is held on by pressure clips from the orange thing, if you break them, it stays loose. Your best bet is to use small flathead screws drivers to relieve pressure from all the clips. I believe there are 3. Lmk how it goes
Thank you so much for the video.. I have a question... how do you replace the lights for seat warmer and what size are those bulbs and where can I get them???
Joshua Ravel i will get back to you as soon as i can. as for the bulbs you can find them at Autozone or online. i had a hard time finding the bulb bc the numbers were erased.
Miguel Marquez thanks Miguel... I somehow am not able to find the info for that damn seat warmer and I sure don't want to step into the dealers place as I sure would be ripped off and taken for a royal ride.... I hope you could find some information for me dude... thanks again for the prompt reply... u gotta upload more videos for amateurs like me.. I'm sure you'll have a following soon...
@@nathanblanchard8897 mr lube kept insisting to do it, i finally let them and they broke tabs on tabs only which i then got them to knock off the cost on my oil change took like a WHILE hour or more

Good thing you reminded me to be careful if I have anything in the cupholders...
Idk what you keep in your cup holders. Change, paperclips, hair scrunchies, make up, etc. Just looking out for you.
@@miguelmarquez7505 No offence intended, just good to see that you care about those small details :)
@@ossiansandberg2396 not offended at all. Those small details are what add up to big changes. 😊
“Your gonna grab this thing. I don’t know what the proper name is”
Thanks. This helped!

Steve Yancy mine was an '05. Size was 73.
ya did good brotha.. thanks
you said 73 Ive heard 74
Why would you go through so much trouble to replace the lightbulb for the cigarette lighter? Seems like a lot of work for not much benefit.
I just like my things to work properly.
It may not be extremely useful for most people.
If you think this is bad look up the cabin air filter or the climate control lights 😂
