How to install and use Pure Bluetooth Kit for Mazda3 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 model years. Using this kit you can take/place hands free calls and wirelessly stream audio. No idea who might see this but you might find the info useful. My Mazdaspeed3/MPS had a cord already connected to the CD stacker port. This was the centre console aux that came default. Once this kit is installed you simply use the aux input on the Bluetooth box rather than the one in the centre console, to select Bluetooth or aux mode you just press the CD up and CD down buttons on the media system to toggle. 1 is Bluetooth 2 is AUX mode.
Samething as mine it is a cable already connected in that place so I don't even know for what that is.

Thanks for your video! Any idea on how to troubleshoot when you cannot hear anything via bluetooth? Radio and cd player work fine. Bluetooth can be controlled and connects but there’s no music/sound even on max volume. Mazda 3, 2005. Thanks!
I just fitted the system. If I am not listening to music through the paired phone mode and someone calls the phone the call is not routed through the car radio. Am I doing something wrong?
Can this be installed on a 2009 Mazda3? Their website says it’s only compatible with models up to 2008
If your listening to the radio though and someone calls wipo you still get the call through Bluetooth?

I have just a plug in blue tooth that goes in the console, but the sound is very weak...What i wanted to ask you, do you know how to reset the check engine light> I have to register my car and have it smoked, but the check engine light won't go off? I sure would appreciate any advice you could give me, thanks so much!!!! Oh and one more thing, where do I update my navigation system, for some reason it took a dive and the directions are the worst!!! Thanks!!

What Bluetooth kit did you use there? Great job with explaining the video.
This kit looks super helpful for people who want to add bluetooth to their car and keep their stock radio deck but, there is way to much work involved lmao. Why not just get a bluetooth to fm receiver? Like at this point you might as well just replace the whole radio deck with a radio deck that has bluetooth built in. Then that way you are also getting a better amp built in with cleaner power delivery to the speaker. I did a radio deck install in 2 vehicles (one of them being my 09 mazda 3) and it is so much quicker and easier to do it this way.
Late reply, but it's mostly aesthetics, aftermarket radio's are pretty ugly IMO

Might as well just get a new eonon stereo and call it a day, they're only like $240 these days, plus it's way easier than having to wire all this stuff.

@@maxsubiabre5078 Yup. I found out that if the player doesnt have the media button, it will not support the dongle. Even if there is a plug in for it🤷♂️

It's roughly 12 to 15 volts. It does switch off when the car is off however.
Will the phone ring and can it be answered when using other inputs such as CD or Radio? Or does it have to be using Bluetooth aux audio to function?
