omg last year for my birthday my bf rented a beach house in Ventura county for us , I remember we went to go take a midnight walk on the beach and we saw these little fishies everywhere!!! We saw people around us catching them and putting them in buckets but we just threw them back into the ocean. my soul actually felt so happy in that moment. Didn’t know it was called grunion run!!!! So glad I stumbled upon this video! ❣️
I’m Ethiopian, so thank you for promoting Little Ethiopia 🤗❤️!! Also I admire how your list is different from typical tourist sites. So thank you for giving ideas that are out of the box!
hey I'm part of your youtube facebook page and your video just popped up through the suggested videos! you're adorable! also I should def do some of these things haha
Yeah!! In fact my brother is obsessed with trains, and I didn't know that they were there!! So I'll definitely bring that up when my family is in town :D
Romina, really loving this "Things To Do In Los Angeles" series! I would add Chinatown Summer Nights (very festive block party the first Saturday of each month during summertime) and the West Hollywood Halloween Carnivale (the largest outdoor Halloween celebration in America) to the list; some of the costumes are so detailed and intricate, possibly due to LA having so much creative talent and skilled make-up artists.
+Santiago Ramirez thanks! I hope you can do some of these things. You can do a lot in 6 days! Just gotta wake up early and make the most of each day because the distances in LA + traffic adds to travel time between destinations!
I live in Santa Monica with my hubs and 3 year old daughter! We do a lot of travel vloging and videos of fun things to do around LA. I'm always on the hunt for new experiences and your list was awesome. We can't wait to go to the fish run! That is so cool. My husband was born here and he hadn't even heard of it before 😊 thanks
OMG I JUST got home from L.A...... not even halfway done with the video and I'm sad/mad RUclips didn't recommend this when I was looking up what to do 😭 good thing I live in San Diego so I can go again soon when it's not 100°
Yea right now is not the best time to visit. Everyone is melting. 😂 Thanks for watching! Keep it bookmarked so you don’t forget about these things when you decide to go back. 🖖
+Romina i absolutely love your top 13 list of things to do in Los Angeles CA. I have a question? Are all of these 13 activities free? I ask this question because although i currently live in New York, i'm trying to plan my move to L.A. hopefully by the end of the summer of 2019. I also ask this question because i want to plan things to do for free with people who will come to L.A. to visit me. :)
Thank you! I think I mention the prices of stuff in the video. I made this a while ago so I don’t really remember specifically. But obviously if there’s food and it’s a restaurant, that won’t be free. But once you move to LA you’ll see that there are a lot of fun free things to do in LA all of the time! You won’t run out of things to do (:
Nice! It’ll be warm but not too hot probably. I’d check the weather before going. It can be spontaneous. It’s usually always cool in the evenings so a light hoodie or cardigan is recommended.
Well now you let everyone know in the comments, so thank you! Thanks for watching and providing the info. To keep my videos entertaining, I can't put every information possible or else it will be too long.
Funny that you have both the Murphy Ranch and Alpine Village in the same vid. The connection between the two is that in the 1980s it was rumored that the Village was the gathering place for local Nazis and was suspected of being the location of birthday party to one A. Hitler. By then I had moved out of the area and never found out the outcome of the investigations by the local papers.
The nazi place is awesome, not to many nazi things/camps that haven't been taken over by tourism things. I definitly want check it out when i visit in December if my mom lets me lol. Hopefully this doesnt get too popular & get ruined like most things.
Papii Chuloo depends what you mean by ruined. The camp was not preserved and like I said in the video it has been taken over by graffiti. Some historians would call that ruined lol but it is a really cool place and you guys should go. It's a nice hike with pretty views of LA.
Romina I dont mean ruined by the graffiti. I mean like other vandalism or you know how once something brings a lot of tourist to it, they start to charge money for it. That or have the city place some kind of barricade blocking it.
+Papii Chuloo I know what you meant. But I was just saying that some historians would say it's ruined because of the graffiti and because it was never preserved. Lol literally all that is left is ruins.

Thought you were going to be talking about urbex.

Romina hi again, personally question to you;why are you using "RED" pre tag name...?is there any special meaning?
+Salim Hizli it's my favorite color. That's pretty much it. (: But it kind of fits because red is an exciting color and travel is exciting too.
Thanks for answering...
Salim Hizli you're welcome!
Horse back riding in San Dimas or the Hollywood hills
Yup that’s something most people do!
Little Ethiopia ❤️😍
+WhatWouldKarlaSay yes!! Let's go together next time!!
Yes please!
WhatWouldKarlaSay I love the shops and restaurants in Little Ethiopia. Check out "Ethiopian Food: JK Adventures" video on JustKiddingParty channel
Really good food. "Finger" food!
NO ONE is gonna comment on the fact that your friend is literally Miles McKenna?!
I've heard about the nazi camp it sounds so cool a lot of history there
+Khyler McBee definitely! You gotta check it out. I talk more about the history in the full video I did there.
