    Thanks you so much Hailey. I have been doing your arm and other back workouts for past 2 months and I lost fat from my arms and back. And I am doing this workout for past 2 weeks and it literally toned my back. I love you so much and also your smile keeps me motivated .Thanks again I will always support you.

    Trying to Do A Glow Up Before My Graduation (June 8)
    Day 1: ✅️ At first it was hard
    Day 2: ✅️ It feels relaxing and I can see some changes
    Day 3: ✅️ i did other workouts too
    2 Weeks Later:
    Im doing it again
    Day 1: ✅️ I find it easy since I've done it weeks before
    Day 2: ✅️ My posture is starting to be good
    Day 3: ✅️ Its kinda relaxing now
    Day 4: ✅️ My posture is in good condition now... I just need some consistency.
    Day 5: ✅️ My back kinda hurts a bit because of changes.
    Day 6: ✅️ Backpain was gone. Im still doing the workout
    Day 7: ✅️ Im done and I can see huge results...
    (I did it 2× a day)

    You know what scares me the most?
    Those back lifting exercises. Those seven minutes are pure hell. But as i feel the burn i know it's working so they’re also my favorite set of exercise. I feel dead tired, but the feeling after finishing the whole thing is worth it

    Hi Hailey! 👋
    I'm just here to share my excitement with you.
    A little background story: I've never seen actual or durable results with any guide of HIIT or training in general (like bodyboss, etc, I've tried several) and I haven’t been able to commit to those workout plans at all, I gave up after doing workouts that in the long run made me feel exhausted so I tried to accept my body like it was but it’s not easy either.
    Anyways, this year around March (if I'm not wrong) I found your videos and gave them a chance, I stayed with your channel because I liked your style, the way you explain what we're supposed to do or feel and loved your personality, felt like I was training with a friend.
    I wanted to look better this year specially bc I got invited to a wedding and wanted to feel more confident wearing my bridesmaid dress.
    And I'm very happy to tell you that I did notice and even all my family noticed my progress. My arms and back got toned really nicely, I've never been in this shape before. I feel more confident now. It’s easy to commit to your style and workout routines and it also helps a lot when you try to hype us up and say that it’s ok if we don’t do as many reps as long as we do it the right way, that helped me focus more on the positive side than going “oh I'm not good/strong enough, I failed bc I didn’t achieve the 50reps” like I used to think doing the other plans.
    I'll definitely keep exercising with you. I saw great results in 3 months and I think I can achieve more. You can’t imagine how thankful I am bc I srsly thought that my only solution was liposuction or something like that. Forever grateful🫶😭 you’re the best, the goat🫸🤛💖

    i've always been really insecure abt my back fat and chubby arms so i'll be trying this!!!!!! hourglass shape by new years baby!
    day 1: ✅
    day 2: ✅
    day 3: ✅ when is this gonna get easier 😭😭
    day 4: ✅ the lying down is the worst part but other than that it seems to be getting a little be easier! also i had 2 back rolls and 1 of them is already half melted LOL i'm so excited to not have rolls anymore i might start doing this twice a day :pp oh and also i have the impression my arms are a bit leaner but i cant say for sure, we'll see

    Does doing these workouts without strength workouts still effective..? I heard that u need to do strength workouts as well to build muscle on ur arms and tone them up so doing only these simple workouts on this video won't work ig?
