A little background story: I've never seen actual or durable results with any guide of HIIT or training in general (like bodyboss, etc, I've tried several) and I haven’t been able to commit to those workout plans at all, I gave up after doing workouts that in the long run made me feel exhausted so I tried to accept my body like it was but it’s not easy either. Anyways, this year around March (if I'm not wrong) I found your videos and gave them a chance, I stayed with your channel because I liked your style, the way you explain what we're supposed to do or feel and loved your personality, felt like I was training with a friend. I wanted to look better this year specially bc I got invited to a wedding and wanted to feel more confident wearing my bridesmaid dress. And I'm very happy to tell you that I did notice and even all my family noticed my progress. My arms and back got toned really nicely, I've never been in this shape before. I feel more confident now. It’s easy to commit to your style and workout routines and it also helps a lot when you try to hype us up and say that it’s ok if we don’t do as many reps as long as we do it the right way, that helped me focus more on the positive side than going “oh I'm not good/strong enough, I failed bc I didn’t achieve the 50reps” like I used to think doing the other plans. I'll definitely keep exercising with you. I saw great results in 3 months and I think I can achieve more. i've always been really insecure abt my back fat and chubby arms so i'll be trying this!!!!!! hourglass shape by new years baby! day 1: ✅ day 2: ✅ day 3: ✅ when is this gonna get easier 😭😭 day 4: ✅ the lying down is the worst part but other than that it seems to be getting a little be easier! also i had 2 back rolls and 1 of them is already half melted LOL i'm so excited to not have rolls anymore i might start doing this twice a day :pp oh and also i have the impression my arms are a bit leaner but i cant say for sure, we'll see
