Hey buff dudes, awesome video as always! Was just wondering, as you've never addressed it, what's your stance on cutting/bulking? I feel like I've gained ample information about nutrition and how to efficiently train to get serious, but I'm a bit confused about whether it'd be ok to just eat clean year round, or stick to a cutting and bulking season. Keep up the great stuff :)

I don't know why they specifically do it, but the rate of digestion between solids and liquids varies considerably. Solid meals will keep you feeling full, whereas liquid meals are going to allow greater absorption of nutrients.
