    Hi Zatarix. Yeah, these are a little lower on protein but we usually eat them as a side dish with something like Salmon, Talapia or Chicken. For instance, one of the meals I really enjoy is Slow Cooker Chicken with Salsa, Baked Sweet Potato and Spinach Pancakes. Glad you like the Cookies!

    Made this tonight. Was exactly what I was looking for dinner tonight. Used Romano cheese, cause that's what I had, might add some mushrooms next time. It was sooo good. Overcooked one side a little, but it was still great ! The rest will go to work with me tomorrow .

    Just made them for lunch with one left for dinner. I'm eating them now, really good. I live in Nepal so I can't get a lot of frozen or packaged things. I sauteed the garlic and onions and then added them to the egg mixture. I also added a bit of turmeric, just for its health benefits. Good job! Hey, is Nepal on your bucket list?

    • @baller4lyfe2008
      @baller4lyfe2008 10 лет назад +2

      I posted that comment over a month ago now, and tbh change is fuc*ing difficult. I signed up with a gym that same week, then quit the following week cus I was just too weak and demotivated. Then I started doing the home workouts that were shown on this page, for 4 weeks. When I started the gym I could bench 30kg now I can do 4 sets of 40kg (10 reps), I feel like I'm getting stronger and healthier but I can't really see any major changes on my body atm. Consistency is key I guess, so only time and hard work will tell :)

    • @kearnuphoenix668
      @kearnuphoenix668 10 лет назад +2

      If you focus on making it a habit (the home workout) instead of focusing on results and numbers (weight and reps) you can start to appreciate the effort you put in the workouts and the fact you are actually doing them. I have personally just started a home workout schedule and instead of focusing on the weight, I am contend that I just do it every day. I primarily use HASfit for my workouts, with one Buff Dude video (biceps) and I can lift close to nothing! However, I know that if i make it a habit of doing the workout THEN I can start to SLOWLY raise the amount of dumbbell weight. I always hated going to the gym (too long Activation Time/Effort, read: The Power of Habit and The Happiness Advantage) so I changed my eating habits and lost a good amount of weight (both fat and muscle). Now I'm ready to gain muscle. Kudos for working at it - just try and shift your focus from looking at "external" results to observing and appreciating "internal" results. At a point you will not care about the external results and THAT is when they will show up (as a well-deserved bonus) :) GLHF

      Jamaal I was 16 about 185 lbs in the gym and couldn't bench any thing above 60 lbs. It was the most embarrassing moment of my life bar none. Fast forward a few years, I am still not some bench press super star but it's nice to hit 225 for 5 or 6 reps.
