Meal prep is one of our favorite ways to prepare food so that we have easy access to our calories and macros anytime we want them. In this video I'll be going through some of my favorite lean muscle mass building recipes including Oatmeal, Street Tacos and Meatballs. Look for Hudson's video next where he Meal Preps for those without a lot of time! STAY BUFF.

Brandon Breakfast: baked oatmeal
Oatmeal: 3 ½ cups
Protein: 4 scoops
2 tablespoons flaxseed
3 eggs
1 ½ cups milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
226 grams unsweetened applesauce
200 grams diced strawberries
1 bar equals 160 calories, 22g carbs, 3.5g fats, 10g protein.
12 serving Total = 1920 calories, 264g carbs, 42g fat, 120g protein
Brandon Lunch: street tacos
Tortillas: 8 (40g)
Chicken breast: 6 oz
Cheese: 1 oz
Refried beans: ½ cup (130g)
Each taco: 256 calories, 32g carbs, 7g fat, 17.5G protein
4 taco Total: 1,025 calories, 127g carbs, 28g fat, 70g protein
Brandon's dinner: spaghetti and meat balls
Ground beef (93% lean): 2 pounds
Whole wheat pasta: 16 oz
Pasta sauce: 750 grams
Thumb size ginger
Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
Yellow onion: one half
Brandon serving size: 5.5 oz pasta, 6.6 oz meatballs, 125 grams pasta sauce. 628 calories, 45g carbs, 23g fat, 60g protein

As a truck driver I find it very hard to get a lot of healthy hot meals. It would be awesome if you guys could come up with a buff dudes approved trucker diet. For the most part I do lots of fresh fruit, Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread with toasted almonds to get my fats. I do about a gallon of water A-day To stay hydrated too. I'm 6FT 200 lbs. 💪 pounds STAY BUFF!

When you stop at truck stop just order salad with grilled chicken. Avoid fried food like fries and just drink tap water. Can’t be healthier.

Adding salt increases the boiling point, it makes it take longer to boil. The salt adds necessary flavour to the pasta though.

At first glance the lunch tacos looked kinda small for a bulking diet. Then I tried it and not only were thes fuuucking delicious, but i found it actually hard to get to the end of it in one sitting.
It really filled me up good.
Also the baked oat meal is genious for quick and nutritious brreakfast. I love that it is pre made, so I am not missing my morning nutrition anymore even when I'm lazy to cook.

My a relatively skinny guy and my friend recommended using the buff dudes 12 week dumbell only plan. Couple of weeks in I feel great and results are showing, probably newbie gains but still. For new viewers just know BUFF DUDES ARE LEGIT!!!

A way to avoid the weight variations with cooked pasta is to weigh the final cooked pasta and then divide it by the total servings in each box. Then you have the weight per serving for your future measurements. It's a simple way to figure out servings for each batch of pasta if you want to be as accurate as possible.

I have those same Tupperware mixing bowls they where my great grandmothers got them when she passed away I use them all the time makes me think of her and how many times I watched her use them to make something delicious💪

Could yall do a video on a low glycemic index meal plan? Just found out I was pre-diabetic and trying to reduce carbs specifically jasmine rice, pasta, and potatoes out of my diet. Love the videos, keep up the great work fellas

Definitely the GI tract plays a vital role in assimilation and utilization. If you can't do both, you either shit out vital nutrients or clog the pipes.
There's a lot of merits in skewing toward a mostly plant-based diet. It helps keeps the pipes clean.
Hey Buff Dudes! I made it down to 258 pounds and it's because I started eating a higher ratio of protein to carbs, with the carbs being an accent to the meal. I am learning to not depend as much on carbs to satisfy me. Being Italian, I still am die hard team pasta, but I have started eating it as a true Italian would... as a side dish. You guys rule and you guys have helped tremendously in my journey to become a buff dude. Also I have deadlifted 225 lbs which is only 33 lbs less than what I weigh. Yats Ffub! And say whassup to DIY Duke, Aga and Mikayla.

Probably important to note that the oven temperature is in Fahrenheit.
If you try and cook anything at 425 degrees C you'll be calling the fire department for lunch

My main concern is portability. I always try to make meals that, if needed, can be easily taken to go. The only exclusively sit-down meal I have is breakfast, which involves a three-egg omlette.

Out camping for my moms birthday weekend

I’m 14 and trying to gain some size now that I went through an intense cut for a month or two before I was able to start lifting again
I have a suggestion for your channel, put the subtitles (not the automatic ones) even if it's in your language, because I have a lot of trouble to understand English orally, but when I read it, it's not a problem for me.
I'm very interested in your channel and it might be easier for some users like me if you put subtitles, then, you should also see the good side, it makes you more subscribers and more views.

1 cup oatmeal, 2 cups whole milk, 2-4 tbsp peanut butter and raw fruits/greens. Easy 1,000 calories with some micronutrients. Throw in protein powder and you’re packing mass.

How I used to put on weight in high school for football season was a loaf of bread and jar of peanut butter with gallon of whole milk and I would have to have them gone by the end of the week. Probably not the best way to add mass but it worked lol.
IM 5'10' and weigh about 175lbs. IM trying to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time if that makes sense. IM 51 and following your 12wk plan. My legs and arms, while not big, are rock solid, chest is pretty good and improving, but I still have about 10lbs of buff dad gut left I need to get rid of. I am definitely going to be getting that Buff Dudes cook book when it comes out. Love your 12 week plan. Entering the last phase next week.... and those supersets look brutal.
