Walked into the record shop in 98 when Furslide’s single ‘love song’ was playing. Asked the dude behind the counter ‘who’s this’ and bought the cd on the spot. Few weeks later the album is out and I bought that too. It’s such a rare gem of a record.
I acquired this record in 1998 somehow and have always really loved it. It fits in that niche for me where Belly’s King sits. A struggle between pop and experimentation.
Saw Furslide open for the Smashing Pumpkins at their July 1998 Free Concert in Minneapolis. They played a great show, and got their CD as soon as I could find it

That was amazing, saw Nat and Jen on that tour but why has Jen just gone off the map ? stuff like this is ok but she really missed the biscuit.
