Back in 95 I was travelling around Australia. A local pal who worked at a record label gave me a cassette as I was about to head up the coast. She just said "listen to this", months before it came out Tigerlilly blew my mind. Just beautiful. It's the album of 12 weeks up the east coast of Australia and my leg home. It was the first album I bought back in the UK and her music has stayed with me ever since. It evokes happiness and sadness every time I hear it.

This was Aileen Wournos’s song she liked and had played it at all times while she was on death roll and had it played during her funeral.
