Dang, I’ve bought 2 vtoman SoGens and 2 battery expansions off of EBay refurbished none the less and have never had a problem with them. Sorry for your issues. That really sucks and they should fix their mistake immediately!!!
one you got scammed you can't fix power stations, on ebay anything opened is used. sorry guy. I took one apart because it was sparking. the company is in china and will not give back your money, so people a reselling them on ebay. just don't get it wet or leave the charger on it. the batteries inside are cheap d sized lithium batters on a charge plate, not good quality either. The OLDER VTOMANS like mine are good. the new ones don't trust them. watch bad wire

I bought 5 pecron power stations 2 expandable batterys and 4 portable solar panels over the last year and a half. They are a Chinese company. One of my solar panels went bad probably from me. They replaced it all they wanted was a quick video showing it didn't work. My small pecron had a problem with a charge controller probably because of that panel. Same response send in video they replaced it. I will continue to buy from them they make good on what they advertise. I bought it from them directly they ship everything out of California anyway. If you use amazon it cost more and pecron ships it anyway. Amazon is not what it used to be. I get a lot of damage merchandise from them lately.
You should not have to prove anything to them. It's very clear they make junk to sell us on purpose

they will not honer the warranty the company is out of Hong Kong possing as an American company big red flag. But all of them are doing it, ECO FLOW too, BlueETTY , Amazon will not return them. My order was incomplete when I discovered it.
Contact your bank tell them. It's fraud if you don't get what you ordered. Or credit card company if you used them for the purchase.
Dang! Just bought the 600x and the 600x upgrade/alternate power supply. Gotta go see if I can cancel that order. Too bad. Priced right.

Unexpected after watching your video. May owe you for my delivery. Hope things worked out for you. The two units are functioning as they should. Take care.
