I second that, would especially love to know if there is a way to make the internodal spaces tighter. My gets the light that bleaches other philodendrons and still the spacing is ridiculous
@agneslazarenko2653 I noticed that it has small internodal space growing crawling. When I put it on a mosspole it grew huge internodal space in no time 🤷 I am thinking of growing it as a crawler now...
@agneslazarenko2653 I am not sure it is always the case, but I noticed that in mine and also in one of our Polish youtubers, that the moment it started crawling, there were a leaf close to the next leaf :)
I hear you on the Mayoi! 🌿 It’s such a stunning plant, but info is definitely limited. I don;t think I have it though, I have got the Alocasia Brancifolia, that can look similar? 🤔💡
Yes! Finally someone else owns this! I've had mine for about three years and it's so easy and fast to grow. Mine lives in normal room conditions, just in aroid mix, nothing special. No one else seems to know this plant, very underrated ❤
Yay, another Eximium owner! 🙌 Totally agree - it’s so underrated. Mine has been such a fast grower too in the past, less so these days! Love that yours is thriving in basic conditions, such an easy gem. ❤ Let’s spread the word about this amazing plant! 🪴
This is beautiful!!! But it’s definitely different than my Grazielae …. Very similar growth structure but different leaves . Mine has very smooth leaves that are VERY heart shaped . Like a chubby little squat heart ❤️
Thank you so much! 🌿 Yes, the Grazielae does have that chubby heart shape, while the Eximium has leathery, rounded look. So interesting how similar and different they are at the same time! ❤️
It kind of reminds me of the philodendron Rugosum. What is the texture of the leaves 🍃 🤔 and I love the round leaves, and I don't think that I have ever come across this plant but I would purchase one if I had a chance. Thank you 💕
Great observation! The Rugosum definitely has a similar vibe 🌿 The Eximium’s leaves are leathery with a matte texture - very unique! I'm with you, if you ever get a chance, it’s a must-buy. Thanks for the kind words 💕🍃
I have one of these I just love it very hardy I got cutting put 8n soil it had no roots attached to moss pole it rooted in and is growing a new leaf lost one lower baby leaf in process I have only had it a few months I love pillows leaves
Wow, sounds like your Eximium is thriving! 🌿 Rooting with no roots attached? That’s impressive! I love how hardy and rewarding this plant can be. The new leaf must be so exciting! 💕
I had the Graziel a the one you have is totally different. It needed a terrarium honestly. I fought it for two years and it never did well. More glossy leaves and sharp heart shape an I don’t remember the lines in the leaves. I think you have a real rarity there.
Sounds like you had quite the battle with your Grazielae! 🌱 It does have those distinct glossy, sharp heart-shaped leaves you mentioned. The Eximium is definitely a rarity - so unique! Thanks for sharing your experience ❤️
Hiya Memo, I have been trying to watch your videos logged out, to limit my hours on social media, but RUclips has rolled out automatic ai-dubbing and your videos are no fun if you are not the one narrating. Do you intend on using that feature going forward? Because you could actually switch it off, but if it's doing your channel good, by all means, keep the auto dubbing 🤗
Hi Lina! 🤗 I appreciate you watching my videos, even logged out. As for the AI-dubbing, I’m not a big fan either - my voice is such a big part of my channel! I’ll definitely look into switching it off, I didn't even know it was on. Thanks for letting me know, and I appreciate your support so much! 💚
I kinda love the rainy background sound!
I’m so glad you loved the rainy background sound! 🌧️ Such a cozy vibe, right? Thanks for pointing that out 😊
I do love a plant that sits over there & looks good, with no fuss. I have a few of them. Enjoy your holiday!
Yes! Low-maintenance plants that just ‘sit there and look good’ are the best. 🪴 Enjoy your fuss-free beauties - and thank you! 💕
I know you own one, but not enough people talk about the Mayoi. I can look and research all day but not a lot is out there.

@@karolinaw. oh interesting, I might try growing it as a crawler then :) Thanks

Thanks for this, I have never heard of this philodendron
You’re so welcome! 🌱 The Eximium is definitely a lesser-known gem, but I hope more people discover it. Glad you found the video helpful! 😊
Great video. Thank you 😊

Not heard of this one it is very cute and easy is always a bonus
Exactly! Cute AND easy is always a win 🏆 The Eximium is just that - definitely one to keep on your radar! 🌱💚
I have never seen or heard of this Philodendron before 😀🇨🇦

@Houseplantygoodness I see where AI-dubbing could be useful, but I'm glad you're looking into turning it off, thanks! Have a good time in Greece ☺️
The graziele has smaller leaves it's not same plant
You're absolutely right - the Grazielae's smaller leaves make it a totally different vibe! 🍃 Thanks for pointing that out 😊
Other name for philodendron eximium is philodendron fragrans
Great addition - Philodendron Fragrans is indeed another name for Eximium! 🪴 Such a versatile plant, isn’t it?
Definitely not a Grazielae.
