    This is Day 5! If you're reading this after finishing all five days, we really want you to take a minute to be proud of yourself. What you've just done takes a lot of effort and follow through, and this very well could be the start of a new healthy habit for yourself, if you just keep moving. Just like you stuck with this challenge, one day at a time, you can keep moving forward with your workout habit, one day at a time.       +FitnessBlender loved this week, i need to ask a question, doing deadlifts and trying to keep my core strong but my back feels sore coming up, could this be due to weak back/stomach muscles or could it be that im in the wrong position?- i'd appreciate your comments.

      +FitnessBlender I just completed day 5, and I feel incredible! I've definitely been more hungry with these longer more intense workouts (I usually do 30-40 minutes a day 4-5 days a week) However, I have been more mindful that the food I put in my body is for fuel and will work to nourish and replenish my body. I can see physical differences in my abdomen and shoulders, as well as my quads! My endurance has increased as well. I will definitely be doing any future challenges, and purchasing any available for long term results :) You guys are awesome!

      I am feeling motivated :) I did all 4 days and cant wait tomorrow for day 5 :)
      I have one question- when I do some of the ab exercises as flutter kicks or plank I feel pain in my lower back.I feel sometimes that my lower back is doing more work than abs.
      What do you think why?Are my abs to week or my lower back?

      +FitnessBlender Sore. Mostly lower body, though nothing like even a day ago! Day 1 was brutal, but the good kind. I am STARVING today, despite eating well all week, including before and after workouts. I'm eating good things, just a LOT of them, more than usual, especially today. Yes, I am really, truly am hungry. Also, despite drinking tons of water (along with a few cups of coffee and lots of decaf tea each day), I've woken up really thirsty each morning. This challenge has been tough but I WILL get that last workout complete tomorrow!

    Out of this 5 Day Challenge this is probably the Day I've done the most times as a standalone Lower Body Strength Workout because I always feel sweaty and accomplished by the end.

      +khushboo bangad Probably not, unless you ignore warning signals from your body and take a rest day if necessary for you.

      +khushboo bangad Daniel and Kelly always recommend switching things up after 2-4 weeks so that your body doesn't get too used to the same routines.

    From all workout routines I have seen online, those on your channel are by far the most true to the body, mind and soul.
    You are both giving something wonderful back to this community, and the world; and the only difference I see, which in my opinion is what makes all the difference, is that you both really care about what you do.
    That aspect alone resonates within everything you guys do, and resonates to the people that follow you, and in return it inspires us all to also care about this aspect of our lives together with you.

    I've been doing your workouts for the whole of quarantine and they have changed my life !! I feel so strong and fit now. At the beginning, I never thought I would be able to do so many of the movements (mainly jumping lunges and mountain climbers) but now I can do all of them and I don't need to take a break through the videos.     I DID IT! I did the 5 day challenge---NO WIMPY LOW WEIGHT OR 'SENIOR MOVES'!!! I am 69. I found you a few months ago and workout 6 days a week with you. Can't afford a gym and like doing this at home anyway! Thanks so much for making these free. LOVE you guys, VERY SORE, LOL!!!

    Hey Kelli and Daniel. I did your 5 challenge. I'm so proud of myself.
    Day 1: mostly because you didn't know what to expect it was slightly challenging but it was just right.
    Day 2: was much easier to get through.
    Day 3: sore in the legs even after the first day but could still complete the workout.
    Day 4: I don't know why but this was my favourite workout of all! It was challenging none the less, still slightly sore but not so bad by day 4.
    Day 5: I hope I'm allowed to say I really didn't want to come back and workout but I finished the challenge.
    Loved it, and I feel stronger at the end of this. The workouts are a bit long but I enjoyed the challenge.

    I've done this challenge a few times since you've posted this. While it is hard, I noticed that I have become stronger; I lift heavier, my form has improved and my endurance is better than it was 4 years ago. Definitely been sore after each day!! Thank you Daniel & Kelli! You are the best motivators and trainers. Workout complete!!

    I don't even want to go back to the old program I used to do anymore. I used to do a FB workout once in a while, try to mix up who I would follow... but I started the first of the year this year, and I haven't repeated a workout once, and it's helping TREMENDOUSLY! It used to take me FOREVER to start seeing any sort of results, physically and emotionally... but you guys, man... you guys rock! Thank you Kelli and Daniel for your routines and your very entertaining videos. =)

    Just finished the 5th day. I love how you structure the workouts. I was so so so sore after the first 2 days I was nervous going into the 3rd, but you guys designed a really amazing workout that didn't over work those sore muscles.     This is the second of your 5-day challenges that I have completed. During this pandemic, with no swimming possible, I have been so very grateful for your well-organized and enjoyable workouts. Both knees were replaced in the last 10 months, and I'm currently recovering from a sprained hand from a recent bike mishap, so I have to adapt some exercises but I am happy to do that. At 73, it becomes more important with every year to keep the old body moving. :) Thank you for helping me stay motivated. I also love your "eat real food" approach to diet advice.

    Workout Complete! I used to be a long distance runner. A botched procedure for a long term pain issue I've had (car wreck) led to a number of health conditions (gastroparesis and fibromyalgia) and I had given up on just about everything. I couldn't run, I can't even drive anymore. But I hated the thought of being this shrinking weak little sick woman. So I turned to the internet and thank you Jesus! I found you. I can modify every workout so that it is something I can do and still be a challenge. I actually have some muscle again! I can never thank you enough! You have changed my life and helped also give me the boost to make sure I am actually eating and drinking water (it is incredibly difficult with GP) so my weight has been steady (that is a good thing) and I haven't passed out in a few weeks! Amazing. Thank you! My whole family thanks you! I can keep up with these 4 kids much better with this new found energy. Challenge Complete!

    It's quarantine time (4/2020), and two of my friends and I did the 5 Day Challenge "together" over video chat. It was the right amount of difficulty, and we were all a little sore after. Thanks for making such a great series and keeping us motivated. I like that you two don't try to be perfect - it's relatable and makes working out with you enjoyable!

    Workout complete! By now I’ve tried out 3 of your 5 day challenges and I lost 12lbs in a month. Although I am far along losing weight to achieve my ideal BMI. Inspired by your approach to workouts. I think this is one of best channels out there that helps anyone to focus and be goal oriented.

    WORKOUT COMPLETE! Thank you very much for offering these workouts free of charge. Of course, my gym has been closed for almost 6 months now, so I've been using RUclips videos to get me through. I did a combo of the high and low impact exercises. I felt it the next day, even though during some the workouts, I didn't think I would. My hamstrings are still tired from Day 1!! Thank you again.

    Workout complete.. Thanks guys for giving this free trainings.. Im a stay at home mom and and i have a year old daughter, i gained 12 kg since the birth of my daughter, i dont feel good about my self but this work out gave me hope and preseverance to start to work out again and im inspired to do it everyday i wake up every morning 1 hour earlier than my toddler's wake up ti,e to do this. I have more energy and i feel good about myself knowing that im doing something for me..

    I have done this five day challenge 3-4 times over the last year and a half or so, and this is the first time I've completed it in five consecutive days! In the past I've done all the workouts but was too sore (especially after the first day - it's a killer!) to do them all within five days. I love seeing the positive progress in my strength and endurance and I so appreciate the amazing workouts you provide! You both provide such a positive and encouraging energy that keeps me coming back for more. Thank you!!

    This Five Day Challenge was unbelievable! Thanks so much! I cant believe how different my body looks and feels after just 5 days. I cant wait to start the new 8 week program! And i recently watched your video about your weekly grocery haul and it's really helped me and my hubby to pre-plan some "clean" meals for the week and eliminate processed foods from our pantry.     Honestly, of all the workout routines I've done all these years, you guys are the BEST! I like how you both have light and funny moments during the workout. It makes me smile and laugh, which makes me enjoy the workout even more! It gives a sense of attachment to the audience, compared to the many usual "detached and rigid" exercise vids out there.
    You guys are awesome!! Please keep up the good work! I've been doing your workouts for 7 months now and I'm still enjoying all of it! So much choice and variety, it's literally impossible to get bored of it! I've recommended your vids to friends and ALL of them enjoyed it as well! Thank you so much for what you do!     WORKOUT COMPLETE!!!! I'm so proud of myself for completing this challenge. This challenge was TOUGH, everyday I've been soaking wet in sweat. I was a lil sore each day not to to bad. It was some times when I wanted to stopped the video and sit down but I didn't. Thank you FB. This makes week 2 of me working out with you guys.     Workout complete! 5 day challenge done !! YAY !! This was my first attempt with strengthening exercises and HIIT together. Lost 2 cms from waist and 0.4kg of weight and feeling better than ever. Thanks Keli and Daniel. Keep doing your good work and big thanks for the motivation :)

    Finished the 5 Day Challenge and loving every single moment of it. It's hard enough to be challenging, yet ultimately fun and doable. Funnily enough, the inclusion of the low-impact version is very reassuring. I managed to push myself harder through the high-impact exercises because I knew that I could always dial back a little with the less explosive movements.

    Workout completed!! 😆😆 I just want to thank you fitnessblender, a couple of months ago I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome and I was advised to do 30 minutes of exercise a day. I have a toddler so I had no idea how I'd fit it in but that's when I discovered you, I love your workouts and the relationship between you both makes me laugh out loud at times 😄 since my diagnosis I've started exercising an hour a day and I've also started running every night. I'm now back to the weight I was at 17 (now 24) with more muscle definition and energy than I've had for years. So thank you Kelly and Daniel, you've helped me get my life back, become happy and become fit and I really can't thank you both enough ❤️❤️

    Just completed all 5 days!!!! I actually thought this last one was the hardest! I love that you have covered all of our body parts by weeks end. I'm so grateful that you have so many incredible varied videos up on here all for free, I absolutely LOVED this 5 day challenge and can't wait to start another one next week! After being sedentary for almost a full year, you've made me fall back in love with moving my body. It is so energising and you make it so much fun. I only have 3kg weights and so thinking I'm not really doing any good with those but Kelly saying that these are still great workouts without any weights at all is so reassuring.     Hi Kelly and Daniel, Greetings from sunny Singapore! Have just turned 50 this year, and have made a resolution to get strong and ready for the second half of my life, so I do not need to depend on kids to care for me. Completed this 5 day challenge, mainly with the high impact version and pushed through only because I felt you were right here working out with me. Thank you.

    Tbh I really didn't want to workout today but I had to stick with the 5 day challenge so I did and I don't regret it! Stuck with low impact on the last HIIT group and still my legs were giving out. I've only been working out consistently for 3 weeks using your videos and I'm already noticing some tone in my arms and quads. Just gotta work on my abdomen and lower back. So big thank you from me! And congrats to everyone else who has got this far

    Thank you both for jump starting my fitness plan for the coming months. I've been injured on and off for the last six months due to a combination of overly brave mountain bike manuvers and overuse injuries. As a result, I have put on some weight and have lost some of my running speed and endurance.These videos and my running plan are going to help get me back to where I was.     Workout complete! I loved this 5 day challenge. It was not only a fantastic workout for maintenance, but depending on the intensity level, a great way to build a little extra muscle. It was also great having a HIIT session that coordinated with a strength session within the same video-something that's difficult to find. Can't wait for more!

    My fav day was Day 2 & I've been sore around my upper body from that day on. I find HIIT workouts to be very challenging but I'm able to muscle my way through them.

    Workout complete! Wow, this is actually the first workout challenge I've ever completed. Heck, I usually can't even go through single workouts. I get breathless really fast (asthma sucks), and was always too weak. But Fitness Blender has been so amazing, and even though I haven't really lost any weight with this challenge yet (it's insanely hard losing weight with insulin resistance), but I feel stronger and I've even been getting compliments. I'm gonna really miss doing this, but I'm sure I'll love all the other workouts you've got. I've pretty much tried every workout on the internet, but everyone seems so superficial and I can't connect with them. I love you guys so much. :')

    Okay so it's only been a week of doing this challenge but I got my first compliment yesterday!! I have been eating healthy for a long time now and it's a long process to make lifelong changes. But you know, you have your plateaus. Finally got past another one thanks to you guys!!!

    The first time through, I liked days 1 & 5 the best but now that I got my powerblock weights and went through again, it's hard to say. I got good stuff out of every day. I also really like the way you two model healthy, happy, and positive relationship communication. I tell people about Fitness Blender all the time. Thank you!

    I just finished day 5 and loved it. I'm a 68yr young person and have been trying different levels of Pilates's and strength training plus adding in some barre classes as well in the comfort of my home and I'm so thrilled with my flexibility and balance improvement. I hope to keep on working out to these different videos as long as my body says ok. 😎

    Workout Complete! This 5-day challenge was fun, challenging, and got me sore. I typically do Crossfit-style workouts (but I am no a crossfitter in any way) and your HIIT is much more difficult! I have used your videos to supplement workouts at home, and they are always unique! I never feel bored or like I am doing the same types of exercises over and over. Thank you for the variety!

    Workout complete! I didn't do them on consecutive days because I already work out and was due a rest day mid way and also had a day I wasn't well enough to do it but all done today! I've been using FB for a while alongside running and other bits and bobs but have been enjoying your workouts so much they've been all I've done for over a month now. This 5 day challenge prompted me to finally purchase the new FBfit, looking forward to getting started! My body hasn't felt this comprehensively worked and strong since my dancing days and can only get better.
    Can't speak highly enough of the work you do, so thanks! Here's to getting to goal weight (won't know what that is until I get there) and goal body in 2016!

    5 DAY challenge COMPLETE!!! I just recently subscribed after a friend I train recommended your workouts. I went through a few of your other workouts for the last couple weeks to see what you fellerz were all about and I really enjoy your workout platforms and the fact that you BOTH talk about modifying the workouts for personal preference of the viewer (and yes, I MODIFIED UP to provide a better workout for my performance level!!). You both are really great motivators and I will continue to watch the videos you all provide and I AM VERY IMPRESSED!

    omg what a great way to start my diet and exercise regime. my 1st day was definitely my hardest but i was determine to continue with the 5day routine. i have watched you guys in the past and stopped for about 4 months. I enjoy working out with you guys and is looking forward to it.

    2nd week doing this challenge and I feel so good. Not really looking at my body as I have too many insecurities and I’m generally quite hard on my self. I think Looking will just set me back. For now just focusing on the positive impact these work outs are having on my mental health and my stamina. It’s worth it.

    I just completed my day 5 day challenge!!!!!! I feel tired...but very proud of myself for completing all five days. Day 1...2 and 3 were killers to work through being sore. I'm not a gym person so doing a challenge like this at home with my own weights was amazing. I love having my own personal trainers in my living room with Fitness Blender! Would recommend to anyone that wants to have a workout on your own schedule that will give you fitness results to celebrate!

    Workout Complete! I've here in Budapest working out with you guys since 2011 and it's been cool watching Fitness Blender develop over the years, it's fantastic and I can't tell you how many times I've recommended the site to people (lots). This is my first 5 day challenge and I loved it. I'm getting back into training after a year long chronic shoulder injury and lots of physio, doing your gentler workouts, but had to step it up sometime! So I really appreciated the variety and all the impact options and I listened to my body as you always say and ended up working out much more intensively than I thought I was going to be able to manage. Day 1 was the hardest, so it was great that you reassured me day 2 would be different! Now at the end I really feel the benefit of stepping it up a notch. A day off I think and I'm going to start again.

    5 day challenge completed!!!!! I feel soo good!!! I used to go to the gym and I stopped it because of the schedules and time, I found your workouts and I love them! I can do them at home whenever I want and even sometimes even during the day I make the short ones of 5 or ten minutes to keep my metabolism working....thanks guys!!!!!
