    這份里肌豬排少了蔬菜和一顆蛋,小黃瓜撐不起來,且豬排醃漬過,等於是豬排跟吐司而已

    正常人只要餐2降得下去都 OK
    像油飯、肉粽那種降不下去才 NG
    常常吃低GI食物或少到可憐的碳水

    嚇死寶寶,豬排應該是蜜汁醃過。
    我曾在晚餐吃過2個小小支蜜汁雞翅,
    隔天9點早餐餐前血糖還在140。
    讓我再也不敢碰蜜汁的肉類了。

    我發現其實你不用這樣分開來吃
    因為整體份量都太少 吐司麵包一定會生蠻高的血糖 但是他也會很快的下去
    血糖很快的會掉到100以下因為胰島素分泌會比較多

    不要加碳水的血糖測試可以做嗎??
    碳水加蛋白質與脂肪,任何一樣都會導致血糖居高不下…而且持續時間長…胰島素會幾倍的分泌!
    因為它開始貯存脂肪模式…所有的能量都會排隊開始通過肝臟變成脂肪!
    就像血管裡設立了檢查站…而這個檢查站就是肝臟,而大多不會被送入細胞利用!

      我覺得是體質問題,你說的碳水加蛋白質跟脂肪,我試過有時很正常,有時兩小時後還在高點,正常血糖沒問題的,吃在多,兩小時後都落在100多,或者回到空腹前的水準。

      @@peterway8878 主食吃的少,大腦得不到足夠的血糖供應,會影響記憶力和學習能力,人也沒有精神! 大腦每天需要大約130g澱粉主食提供的能量,如果不夠就會造成精神不振,反應遲鈍,注意力不集中,嚴重影響大腦思維;再來是碳水化合物攝入變少,蛋白質和脂肪攝入過量,增加心臟病,心血管疾病,高尿酸症,痛風,糖尿病等的風險,還會增加腎臟負擔。
