    There are a variety of Owyn flavors. Advice you might want to get others directly from Owyn for the proper ingredient list. Also from personal experience & as a vegan I can say that these are the best on the market for several reasons to include the sugar content. As a cancer survivor (8x) Owyn has been a life saver vs any of the other shakes.

    Just started the OWYN Pro Elite 32g after comparing ingredients in other similar products. Chose this one because of the cleaner ingredients. I do love the chocolate flavor.

    From a nutritionist & dietitian standpoint I can also say that Owyn is far healthier than premier, boost, and many others. I have a lot of several folks that have switched over to these shakes specifically because of the clean ingredients and the taste. The cane sugar and monk fruit is much healthier & natural than other unnatural sweeteners found in other products on the market.

    Great video 👍🏾. I had never heard of OWYN before. I currently drink Premier Protein, which seems to be popular. Do you have thoughts on that brand? Also, why are protein shakes good for post workout, as opposed to before?

      I was waiting to video respond to this but the week got ahead of me! Premier protein is a good brand as well 😊 I'm a fan!
      You want to have protein AFTER a workout because of both optimizing muscle synthesis and digestion. I'll give more context in my video response coming soon 😉

    I typically say OWYN (own). I love them and usually use them as a meal for lunch, then have a delightful dinner. Thank you for the video!

    You need to update your info on the absorption of protein. Plus you are comparing Fairlife to the 32 gm product which is not fair. Fairlife has 7gms of added sugar and 9 gms of carbs. Of course the sugar taste better. Owyn has zero net carbs and Fairlife has 7 net carbs.

    THE CHOCOLATE IS MY FAV IT TASTE LIKE CHOCOLATE PUDDING TO ME IT DOES NOT HAVE A POWDER TASTE AS SHE IS SAYING ITS MORE PUDDIN N WATER LIKE ,I ALSO HAVE THE VANILLA ONE AN IT TASTE LIKE YELLOW CAKE BATTER TO ME LOL ,THIS SHAKE IS ONE OF MY FAV ,YOU SHOULD DEF TRY THEM

    I thought this would be a good supplement for bulking season. I drank five in five days. My recovery times declined and my gut, let’s say…did not agree. What are your thoughts on the sunflower seed oils, and seed oils in general? I did not think seed oils are keto?

    So first off I am not Vegan, and did not buy Owyn because it was vegan. my criteria for a protein drink is, * Low to no carb. * No Sucralose , * No Soy protein. and * Price. Owyn is the only pre-made protein drink I buy now, I would have preferred it had Whey or grass fed collagen and did not have the Spinach in it, because of the Oxalates, but it's at the very bottom of the list, so doubt it has much in it.
    Not the cheapest option but not as expensive as some others. I use the "pro" 32 gram of protein version. each drink comes out to under 2.50 each so, not bad. if Muscle milk or some other brands would remove the Sucrolose and use monk, allulose or stevia instead then I would consider buying.
    Wanted to comment on a couple things in the video, you listed 6 carbs, but those are fiber carbs , and this shake is 0g net carbs. the other is in regards to the myth that the body can only handle /process 30g max of protein at a time, this myth has recently been debunked, you can protein load and your body can handle it. 0.5 to 1 gram per pound of body weight is what is recommended. for a 6',2" guy like me weighing 185lbs, that's 185 grams of protein a day, hence why I supplement with these shakes, I have been doing so much better with higher protein and fats, and lower carbs.

    My husband and I are going to be starting our weight loss journeys together. We will just be starting out on walking everyday for exercise but how much protein should we aim for each day? I was going try these protein shakes and drink them for breakfast, was thinking two shakes each but should we do the 20 grams or 32 gram ones? Just needing some insight, thanks.

      Hello! If you're trying to lose weight, the most reliable way is to track your calories. Figure out how many calories are currently eating, and slowly decrease them as you go on. This way you can lose weight healthily. Exercising more definitely helps since it burns calories. As far as protein goes, eating in a deficit requires more protein as to not lose too much muscle mass, so around 20-30% of your calories should come from protein. I hope I helped and good luck!

    The chocolate is my least favorite. OWYN Pro Elite Sea Salted Carmel is, in my opinion, the best flavor, and it's only 190 calories. The No Nut Butter Cup is good as well. Then there's the vanilla. I'm not crazy about vanilla, but it's better than the chocolate.
