Fruity cereal is the best flavor to me
I use a shake or a bar as a meal replacement at work. Im a diabetic how do they compare to glucerna line of supplements

What’s your take on the clear protein powders? I’m tempted as someone who hates the thick texture of standard protein shakes, but I’m not finding any NSF certified ones
I really need to look more into these . I looked into them previously as a clinical dietitian and didn’t see an issue with them. I thought they were great when people were on clear liquid diets in the hospital…. But I need to check efficacy for brands that aren’t the clinical stuff

I loved the Munchies 1 although it had the worse reviews. I didnt get that Munchies and Fruity cereal was the best.
You should try the new and improved recipe quest bars and give them a second chance

I must have gotten bad batches of fruity cereal and vanilla because they both tasted like laundry detergent smells. Munchies is by far her best flavor so far but yeah I'll never go with vanilla or fruity cereal again

Just like many foods, it can help. You want to make sure you are fueling your body properly. I would make this a snack not a meal. Great way to incorporate protein!
