Taking the van out for the first time | Van life Spain

In this week's video we travel with the van for the first time during the pandemic. We went to Spain for 3 months to visit Paula's family and discovered some beautiful hidden spots. It was also our first time sleeping in the van so we had to get used to sharing a tiny space.

We are Gabe and Paula (Pau). We bought our van at the beginning of 2020 with the idea of converting it during the weekends. But then, because of the global pandemic that has changed all our lives we suddenly found ourselves with a lot of time on our hands! After finishing at the beginning of August we started our epic journey to Spain to see Paula's family.

You live in Devon yet you go all the way to Folkestone to go to Spain, why not go from Portsmouth to Caen or even direct go Spain, great videos though. 👍👍

At that point there were problems with transport and the Eurotunnel seemed the most reliable! But we got to see beautiful places in France so it was worth it😊
