- After a week of LOCKDOWN in the UK we started to feel the need to get out! So we went on a road trip...... 3.1 miles away from home ;)
Currently the rules say that you can go for walks and exercise in your local area. So that's what we're going to do! Join us for a bit of our daily life during the lockdown.
We are happy to help and answer any questions of anyone who's starting their own van conversion! Please comment your questions and tips below :)

♒︎ WHO ARE WE?
We are Gabe and Paula (Pau). We bought our van at the beginning of 2020 with the idea of converting it during the weekends. But then, because of the global pandemic that has changed all our lives we suddenly found ourselves with a lot of time on our hands! After finishing at the beginning of August we started our epic journey to Spain to see Paula's family. Now, we're back in the UK and it's time for some renovations!

Pau's accent is so captivating and voice so soothing. I could literally watch these videos just to hear her speak.
Upon further viewing. A small tip for getting masking tape off is a combination of a Stanley blade to get the worst off. And then white spirit on a old rag to get the glue residue off. Of course this info is most beneficial after you done the job.
WD-40 is also pretty good at removing tape.

What made you choose a Sprinter? Is there any benefit on having a sprinter compared to similar long wheelbase vans? How many miles have you driven since having it?

Loving your vids guys. Another question. Your control panel looks so lovely and neat and I noticed you have a plug socket. How did you connect it from your inverter? I feel like it's some unknown thing on RUclips, like I cant find any information about how to install a plug socket in a campervan from the inverter. Maybe because it's so easy? So, how did you do it/what cables did you need, etc? Would really appreciate the help. xx
Hi there, it's pretty simple but as it's higher voltage i believe people don't like recommending stuff. It's basically a normal 3 pin plug into the inverter, with household mains cable (twin and earth) into the back of a socket again. Effectivly making your own extension lead. So look at how to wire a 3 pin plug, how to wire a socket and then use the same wire between the two. Hope that helps.
