Thank you for your comment. I don’t have actual support for the iPhone but have Additional very useful accessories that I bought for the camera. Please stay tuned, I will upload the video on them likely soon/tomorrow.
Hi Toss, thank you for your video. Can I ask you please - what do I do if I don't have a smartphone? (We have recently purchased the pocket 3 but have also moved away from smartphones). Many thanks again, Nick
Thank you for your comment. Sadly, from what I know you would have to at least active it with a phone (possibly an iPad). *However after, you can use the Pocket 3 independently. There’s a forum that they discuss this: forum.dji.com/thread-300772-1-1.html
Hi, thanks for reaching out. I don’t really know exactly what’s wrong. I would try reset/reboot the iPhone. Also try to connect after turning off “Cellular Data” (just temporary). Hope it will work after.
I'm glad this video was helpful! This camera would be my go-to for so many situations. I’m sure you will make good use of it. You’ll definitely enjoy using it too.
Hi, thanks for your comment. Have you been able to use the camera okay? According to a DJI forum, you can use the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 without the MIMO app. It’s been documented that the Mimo app was removed from the Play Store.
Hi, sorry, I believe the app doesn’t exist on Android systems. I don’t know why. You may have to activate it with an iPhone of someone else’s, if you haven’t already.
Thank you for your comment. Did you get it to work? Tried restarting? Notes from DJI forum: If the update fails, follow the steps for troubleshooting. 1. Restart Osmo Pocket 3 and DJI Mimo. 2. Enable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on the mobile device. 3. Connect Osmo Pocket 3 to DJI Mimo and try the update again. Contact Djl Support if the update fails again.
Dji Support tell me to return my device, and get replacement, i dont know whats wrong, trying to fix by restarting, but its not working, still stuck on the boot screen
I see. I’m glad to know you’re getting a replacement. Sometimes we get things that are defective. Let me know, if you can, when you try to update the firmware again. Thanks for your comment again.
Oh, if somehow you could run it out-the battery, it might work to restart. It worked for my Canon V10, it was stuck on a screen when I tried to firmware update also. I discussed this in a video on my channel. I just remember.
Hi, thanks for your comment. There must be something going on that I don’t know. However, if you can activate it, you should no longer need the Mimo app. The Pocket 3 should then work independently. If you can, let me know how you were setting it up.
Thanks for this new video about Pocket 3. Please do lots of videos about Pocket 3, I would listen to you for days! :) Cheers from france!
Thank you for your comment and support, really Appreciate it and for you taking the time to watch! 🙏
thanks for your tutorial. Could you kindly show me a support to keep my iPhone attached to the Osmo Pocket 3?

Whenever I connect through Bluetooth it disconnects as soon as I leave the settings app so I can’t even use this camera I just wasted $500 on 😂
