Insanity is ok, I prefer nightmare overall. Insanity sometimes gets frustrating, from getting no evidence or any activity. There's times it takes forever to get a hunt started.
I like the T3 flashlight, but it's a little annoying how it tends to fall on its face or roll off the edge of flat surfaces. Also, Goryo can be a real pain to confirm since the changes to DOTS!

That's what I thought at first as well, turns out silly me forgot cursed objects don't spawn in Insanity mode. 😂
