This was really good and the 40 minutes was over in no time. So much fun. I loved the combination of TRX and kettlebell. And your instruction, as usual, superb. So happy I found your channel through Facebook TRX group. I'll be back to do this one again next week as recommend--hoping to get farther along in my fourth round of the AMRAP. Thank you.
YOU ARE AMAZING! I so love your workouts. I especially love how you are always keeping us aware of our form. Can you please post more Trx/Kettlebell combos. LOVE LOVE!! Thank you
Believe it or not the hardest part for me was at the end when you said take a bow. I tried to keep my legs straight it hurt a lot and I couldn't go down that far. Any suggestions?
Ha, that's actually a tricky stretch! Your distance in front of the anchor will affect it, as will how soft your knees are. No need to stress about it, just let the knees bend and enjoy!
Hey Rebecca, totally depends on your flooring and shoes. You can first try the "baseball trick" or rubbing the soles of your shoes with your hands to get the dust off. If that doesn't work, consider laying out an extra sticky yoga mat, or move your straps to a room higher friction flooring. Hope this helps!
Loving your channel! The balance stuff can’t stress enough how much that applies to “real world” and mountain biking! Thanks again
From México, thank you 😁

How do you stop your feet from slipping in the rows. I can only move to the anchor point so far before I slip so this limits me
