  • Hi friends! I’m back with another recipe that is perfect for meal prep. These Tandoori Chicken Burgers are packed with flavor and vegetables to make sure you stay full and satisfied. Best part is that this recipe is 0 points on Weight Watchers. If you aren’t following Weight Watchers, this recipe is still great since it’s low calorie. Prep these in advance and enjoy throughout the week.
    -- Recipe --
    Tandoori Chicken Burgers
    INGREDIENTS
    • 2 pounds ground chicken breast
    • 4 green onions
    • 1 tsp ground ginger
    • the juice of 1 lemon
    • 1 Tablespoon paprika
    • 2 teaspoons cumin
    • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 medium sized carrots
    • cilantro
    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Put ground chicken as well as seasonings into bowl.
    2. Finely dice carrots and cilantro and add to the bowl.
    3. Dice green onions and add to bowl.
    4. Add lemon juice to bowl.
    5. Mix everything together and form patties.
    6. Cook patties until an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit is reached.
    7. Enjoy!
