🍽 RECIPES
Salsa & Vegetable Egg Scramble ~
2 Eggs
½ tsp salt and pepper to taste
2 to 3 tablespoons of non-fat salsa
½ cup of vegetables of your choosing
Non fat cooking spray
DIRECTIONS:
Whisk eggs in a small bowl. Add chopped vegetables of your choice (think onions, bell peppers, zucchini, broccoli, cilantro, chives, etc.) and spices. Mix well
Spray non-stick pan liberally with non fat cooking spray. Cook egg mixture over medium flame until vegetables are tender and eggs are cooked.
Place eggs on plate and top with salsa. Enjoy!

Just started ww again for the third time in my life. Twice from being pregnant and once for being home bound for a year. I know this program works because I've done it successfully. These videos help me with ideas to keep zero points on focus. Love the mug cake.

I cant find anything about bananas being 0 points. When I look it up it says 3 points. Why is the difference?

I don’t know about lunch? It might not fill you up.. the desert look good..
You can definitely add more fruits, veggies or protein to make it more filling.
The rotisserie chicken has points as it has dark meat in it.

How do you log the scrambles eggs with vegetables? It doesn’t count as zero points for me when I do it? Am I logging it wrong? I don’t make mine with milk or butter either?

I just started this week, and fruit has points on my plan. Is there another plan where fruit is 0 points?
In the WW app there's a zero point foods list and they have lots of different kinds of fruit in there for 0 points.
Has the plan changed again

Yes, as I stated in the video, I removed the dark meat.

If these are all zero points don't you have points left to eat for the day?
Yes. You can just not count any points for the day or you can use 1 to 2 of these recipes on a higher point day.
