I may have missed this point, does this allow or ARC signals and HDMI control to still operate?

it is easy if your Cinema Acoustic 7.1 or 5.1 does not go trough HDMI. But what if your surround sound works through HDMI))) That is the problem) Basically you need to connect your Xbox through HDbaseT to AV receiver (which gives you opportunity to make 7.1) and from AV receiver send a signal to TV. So, if AV receiver, Xbox and TV are at a distance of 100 m apart - that is more complicated question))

Can I get the kit with Tx (transmit) and Rx (Receive) but do not use the TX (transmit) end just plug in the ethernet to back of my ""device"" which would be a graph" that has a ethernet port out. then use the other adapter labeled ( RX receiving ) plug that into the ethernet end and that gives you HDMI then plug that in to the TV will that work to mirror the image from the graph to the TV or do both and have to be hooked up to the cat

@@hatoraidcowboy I think so. It was HDMI over cat six. There was a Box on each end that was powered. I don't remember the manufacturer, the guy that ran the cabling and installed my speakers and everything in my home Put them in. I assume they work, there seems to be a lot of them out there. But but my setup with my denon receiver, Samsung TV and my TiVo just had a terrible time with video sync and I would have to go to the multimedia rack and unplg the hdmi cable and plug it back in to get the video to lock. Maybe the guy didn't set it up right. I got aggravated with it and and replaced it with an HDMI over fiber and have had no problems since.
